A great experience

Will be coming back. The front desk lady very friendly.
Pros:

Staff friendly, front desk helpful, great for kids, clean, I like all day coffee, tea, juices.
Can I say at a time when immigration is a topic. I find the immigrants to be friendly, try very hard to please.
Hard workers.

Had a hard time with parking because it has been snowing and people parked completely in two spots etc, parking lot is a bit small.

Love this hotel
Pros:

This is our favourite hotel anywhere, we love staying there and the Halifax Tower because rhe staff treat you like they've known you all your life, very friendly and bend over backwards to help you and make your stay a great one . The breakfast are great and buffet style which is a plus . The rooms are very clean and up to date and the beds are very comfortable

Great Break
Pros:

We were in the city for business and we stayed at the Comfort Inn Inn in Bayer’s Lake, Halifax, NS
Checked in on time and went to bed early after a long day. The hotel was very accommodating and the service was great. Would definitely return. Quiet, peaceful and very friendly. Thank you Wendy

Feels like home – our 4th time here!
Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel! This is already our fourth time staying at the Comfort Hotel Bayers Lake, and we keep coming back for a reason.
The staff is always lovely, but we want to give a special shout-out to Jess at the front desk. She welcomed us warmly and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her outstanding service made our stay even better.
Breakfast is fresh and good
Highly recommended!

Awesome job!
Pros:

I want to congratulate everyone working at this hotel for doing an amazing job! All teams, cleaning, maintenance, breakfast, front desk and management, they are all making sure we have the best experience as guests. We could really feel that they cared. Room was immaculate, breakfast was delicious and different every day, pool was really warm and so on. Best experience!

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Wife and I were looking for a place away from the crazy of downtown where we usually stay and this was an amazing choice. Bed was comfortable (my wife who doesn’t usually sleep when we’re not home actually slept), we were still close enough to food and shopping.
The hot water was actually hot, the entire place was clean. Staff were amazing and helpful.
