Cons:

The only thing we would suggest is a exit from the back of hotel as 1st night we went too Wendy's for supper as it was later. Coming back too hotel we got soaked in pouring rain as we had to walk around the front of the building.

Pros:

Room itself was fine. Breakfast was acceptable, but utensils were very poor quality.

Cons:

Parking was ridiculous. Had to park in the neighboring hotels garage which was ok, but it was difficult to figure out how to get back into our hotel from the garage, and then the hotel clerk couldn’t explain the best way to get to the garage from the hotel to get our car the next day.
Fan/heater in our room was incredibly loud and vibrated every time it came on.
Hotel was being renovated and stay should have been less $$ to account for the disruption of facility and lack of seating.

Pros:

First, the welcoming staff. Very friendly and professional. Second, the spacious and cozy-clean room. Thirdly, the parking facility especially on a rain that rainy night. And overall quality and service was excellent!

Cons:

One thing I need to mention, the noise of water dripping sound, on air-conditioner cover outside window, caused sleep disruption.

la grandezza della camera

Cons:

La scarsa pulizia, il rumore degli split dei condizionatori (appena fuori dalla nostra camera); il materasso troppo alto e molle.
La vasca-doccia aveva la tendina corta, con conseguente allagamento del bagno.
La colazione era servita in uno spazio molto limitato per il numero degli ospiti.
Per essere un 5 stelle, ci si aspettava di meglio

Clean & comfortable family friendly hotel
Pros:

Great complimentary breakfast and 24hr juice, coffee, and tea station. Facilities are very clean and guests have access to coin laundry. Friendly staff.

Cons:

My senior parents would have liked comfy slippers.

Construction traffic to highway. But that is just the timing. Nothing the hotel can really do.
