The staff at chain did not recognize me as a member of IGH like she did the customer before me. Breakfast needs to be hotter

Hot tub was warm. Staff was pleasant but not extra friendly. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was decent. Juice was very sweet.

Nice hotel for the money

Parking was very easy. Items for hot breakfast were really good. Very nice selection.
Staff was excellent. Room was wonderful. Bed very comfortable. Air conditioner worked flawlessly. Will stay here again!

Stayed 1night with my sister . Location was great for where we needed to be .check in was friendly and helpful . We checked in late afternoon. And don’t know if it was the check in time or that I booked through Hotels.com but the room was a bit compromised . It was right by the elevator and the ice machine. This made it difficult for a restful sleep . The ventilation of the AC went on an off throughout the night making it hard to find comfort in sleep for it got warm then cool, warm then cool . The place was clean and the lighting was nice and comfortable . The shower faucet leaks a bit but everything else worked well . Beds were comfy, breakfast was good , employees were nice .

The room was very clean. It is starting to show some wear in places. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There were several restaurants close by. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The second morning there the food was not getting switched out when it was getting low. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Amazing, kind and hospitable staff! Our room was extremely clean. Everyone was very nice :) Will be spending every fair weekend here!

Check in was easy, room was excellent, breakfast was delicious.

Very clean and comfortable

Very nice and clean facility. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

The rooms were clean and we loved having a keurig, a microwave, and a small fridge. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was very good, we had biscuits and gravy and eggs and potatoes which were very good. The only complaint we have is the noise: barking dogs, kids running up and down the hall at midnight and in the room above us, and the neighbors tv blasting at 5am.

There was mold around the caulking on the upper part of the bathtub. Also seemed to be some mold around portions of the bathroom floor.
There were strips of tape on the room ceiling.
The bottom of the toilet lid was yellow with stain.

Reasonably priced . Comfortable
Breakfast could be up graded some.
