Die Lage und Ruhe sind wirklich toll. Allgemein wird sehr viel geboten (Spa & Massagen, sportlichen Einrichtungen und Möglichkeiten, Freizeitgestaltung generell) - man muss die Anlage nicht unbedingt verlassen. Sehr tolles Hotel wenn man mit Hund Urlaub machen möchte.

Cons:

Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Das Personal an sich ist nett, aber nicht sehr zuvorkommend bzw. bemüht. (Sehr langsam und es wird nur das Nötigste gegriffen).
Die Sauberkeit entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel der Falkensteiner-Kette…

Wie immer der wunderschöne Strand, die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Staff. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichlich, frisch, ausgezeichnet.
Im Restaurant Bracera (traumhafte Lage am Strand) isst man sehr gut zu Abend.
Insgesamt gesehen wie jedes Jahr für uns der perfekte Ort, um Batterien aufzuladen!

Traumhafter Rückzugsort zum Entspannen – ein Juwel in Zadar!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Falkensteiner war einfach wundervoll! Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch für das kostenlose Upgrade von Parkblick auf Meerblick – unser Zimmer war wunderschön groß und der Ausblick auf das Meer war einfach spektakulär.
Es war genau das, was wir zum Ankommen und Entspannen gebraucht haben. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und es herrschte eine angenehm und exklusive Atmosphäre. Der Strand (Fels und Kies) ist weitläufig und bietet die perfekte Privatsphäre – das Meer ist ein absoluter Traum!
Auch kulinarisch starteten wir super mit einem Frühstück, das eine riesige Auswahl und sehr lecker war. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Poolanlage und das Angebot an kostenlosen Kursen – einfach mega! Auch der Spa-Bereich ist erstklassig; besonders der Nacktbereich mit dem Außenpool hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt beim Abendessen. Für Vegetarier (oder Menschen, die weder Fleisch noch Fisch essen) war die Auswahl im À-la-carte-Restaurant leider sehr begrenzt. Es war recht schwierig, etwas Passendes zu finden. Am Ende hat uns der Koch ein Fischgericht ohne Fisch zubereitet, was uns angesichts des gehobenen Preisniveaus etwas einfallslos erschien. Da der Trend immer mehr in Richtung pflanzlicher Ernährung geht, würden wir uns für die Zukunft eine kreativere und vielseitigere Auswahl für Vegetarier und Veganer wünschen. Zudem empfanden wir die Klimaanlage/Lüftung im Zimmer als etwas veraltet. Da sie die Hitze nachts nicht ausreichend regulieren konnte, wurde es im Zimmer recht warm. Der Umwelt zuliebe und um wertvolle Energieressourcen zu sparen, verzichten wir nachts gerne auf die Klimaanlage, allerdings war dies aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer schwierig.

Ein kleiner Hinweis noch zur Essensterrasse. Wenn die Schattenplätze belegt sind, wird es dort durch die intensive Hitze sehr warm. Hier wäre mehr Schatten bzw. ein besseres Beschattungskonzept wünschenswert.

Utrzymany, dobry standard hotelu. Bardzo dobra kuchnia.
Pros:

Baseny oraz plaże - ich dostępność. Dogodne e-bransolety. Bardzo dobra, wręcz wyśmienita kuchnia i to o każdej porze - wielość, atrakcyjność i jakość (świeżość) produktów.

Cons:

Brak pełnej, jasnej i czytelnej informacji o obiekcie - odwoływanie się do informacji w sieci na stronach internetowych, e-mail. Brak możliwości zaparzenia herbaty w pokoju - brak herbaty i brak czajnika(!). Niezręcznym było podanie informacji na koniec pobytu(!), o dodatkowej możliwości płacenia za room service, mimo zwyczajowego zastawiania niewielkiej opłaty podczas sprzątania pokoju w trakcie pobytu.

Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Piekne zielone otoczenie. Super plaża przy cudownym morzu..Dużo przestrzeni dla każdego. Baseny z cieplutką wodą ,dwa z jackuzi. Fajny aquaaerobik.Smaczne jedzenie. Miła, pomocna obsługa hotelu.

Cons:

Brakowało mi czajnika w pokoju. Mam swoje ziółka co powinnam pić regularnie, ale niestety nie miałam w czym wody zagotować .No i cena wody do kolacji też trochę za wydoka nawet na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel.
