Wir kommen nicht mehr
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Lage ist wunderschön, das Essen ist fantastisch und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. 😊

Cons:

Weniger gefallen haben uns der Balkon und die beiden Stühle, die renovierungsbedürftig sind. Das Badezimmer war im Zimmer installiert und nur durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Aus dem WC- und Badezimmerbereich kam ein unangenehmer Geruch, der auch im Zimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar war.

Wir waren mit unseren Hunden unterwegs und respektieren selbstverständlich die Regeln des Hotels. Dennoch empfanden wir es als unangenehm, dass ein Mitarbeiter der Rezeption mir bis auf die Straße nachlief, um mich darauf hinzuweisen, dass mein gut erzogener Hund an der Leine bleiben muss. Auch der Hotelmanager ging am Strand entlang und forderte uns auf, den Strandbereich zu verlassen, obwohl unsere Hunde ruhig unter einem Baum lagen und niemanden störten. Es wirkte, als würde er gezielt nach Familien mit Hunden suchen.

Aus diesen Gründen werden wir wahrscheinlich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

Świetny hotel na kilkudniowy relaks.
Pros:

Bardzo kulturalna i pomocna obsługa. Bogate bufety śniadaniowe. Świetna plaża. Możliwość wypoczynku w wielu różnych miejscach na terenie hotelu.

Cons:

Słaba atmosfera restauracji hotelowej, która nie oddaje wysokiego poziomu pozostałych części hotelu. Dużo psów w hotelu.

Kiedyś gdy byłem 1 raz w 2011 roku podobało mi się wszystko - nawet nie usunięta folia z podłogi na tarasie.
W ostatnich latach hotel stracił trochę blasku , w pokojach podłoga , w restauracji obsługa ( gdzie ci starsi kelnerzy) ,
Recepcja nie potrafi sobie poradzić z wystawieniem rachunku - po m-cu otrzymuję prośbę z księgowości z hotelu o dopłatę 800 Euro . Proszę o nr konta ze zobowiązaniem dopłaty i otrzymuję suchą odpowiedź. Nie by to dobry 11 pobyt
w tym hotelu.

Wenn man Falkensteiner bucht, weiß man was man bekommt.
Tolles Zimmer, sehr sauber - täglich TOP Zimmerservice
Ausstattung von Zimmer und Hotel lässt eigentlich nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Hotel eigener Strand ist natürlich TOP

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig - für Erholung perfekt.
Waren mit dem eigenen PKW angereist, darum war man ziemlich flexibel. Ansonsten halt mit Taxi.

Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, mit minimalen
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr viel Auswahl und wunderbar. Abendessen gibt es im Resort eher weniger Auswahl an verschiedenen Möglichkeiten aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend und was es dort gibt ist wirklich sehens- und empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Frühstück, Cafe aus dem Automat war nicht besonders, für so ein 5* wäre ein frischer Cafe wünschenswert. Pooltemperaturen für einen beheizten Pool eher kalt, für eine Jahreszeit Anfang Juni, im Sommer vermutlich ausreichend. Klimanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut.
