以地理位置而言，算是很熱門的地區，所以以這個價位算是合理的。飯店雖然有點老舊，但員工服務態度很好，房間也夠乾淨，我覺得還不錯。
Pros:

地理位置極佳，出門走路5分鐘，就到大完丸和三越百貨，逛街購物非常方便。

Cons:

隔音有些不夠，半夜還聽到不知是附近哪一個房間裡大叔打噴嚏的聲音。

地理位置方便，離中洲屋台跟一蘭拉麵都很近，建議購買朝食，享受明太子自由跟水炊鍋丸子雞湯喝到飽，飯店有停車位一晚1500¥

Pros:

屋台街にも近くロケーションはとても良かった。
朝食は利用しなかったが美味しそうだった。
ウェルカムドリンク（コーヒー）と夜食カレーは利用して美味しかった。
高層階の希望にはある程度応えてもらえた。

Cons:

他のホテルならシングル仕様の（狭い）部屋をダブルで利用した。
裏路地のような立地なので移動や駐車が難しかった。
体重計がなかった。
