I hated the whole stay.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

Key cards didn’t work. Lights in the bathroom were out. We had a dance competition that required makeup. The room smelled funny. The coffee machine did not work.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts.

Cons:

We did not get the king suite with a seperate sitting room that was needed as we were in town for a funeral and needed the extra space. The reading lights on the headboard did not work and the moon slip grip in the bathtub was no longer there making the tub very slippery. Worst of all is the single ply toilet paper. It was terrible. I'm giving the size of my room a poor rating because it is not what I expected or booked. The couple traveling with us got the same room and actually got what they booked.

Okay, but too expensive for what was offered.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, although pictures indicated fresh oatmeal and there wasn’t. The hot water in the kitchen area was a drip. The staff seemed annoyed to be working.

Cons:

The room wasn’t extremely clean and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The refrigerator was poor and didn’t cool adequately.

The pool didn’t have any towels in the morning.

Pros:

Overall, the experience was a good one. Prices were reasonable. Room quality and size were exceptional, morning breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

The first room that we were put in, when we arrived had bugs all over the ceiling of the bathroom. They quickly corrected that and moved us to another room and everything was fine after that.
