Broken bedside night light was hardwired and wouldn't turn off.

Cons:

We booked through Booking.com and when we landed in Charlotte and went to pickup our vehicle at National car rental they didn't have a reservation for us. We stayed there for 20 minutes while they tried to sort things out. We had been charged the rental fee along with two nights hotel room at this hotel where we planned to meet friends. When we realized booking.com had dropped the ball on this trip we called the front desk of the Rockingham Holiday inn to see if they had our reservation in my name or my husband's name and they told us they did not. However Booking.com hasn't refunded our money. We just yesterday contacted our credit card company and reported a dispute on the charge booking made.
