An exceptional stay with incredible hospitality near the Taj Mahal!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Anand Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect. It is situated just off Fatehabad Road and right behind TDI Mall, making it incredibly convenient. The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are only a short drive away (around 2–3 km), which made our early morning sightseeing stress-free. Despite being so close to major attractions and nearby cafes, the hotel itself is located in a remarkably peaceful area, providing a quiet retreat after a long day of walking. The hospitality and staff behavior truly stood out during our stay. From the smooth check-in process to our departure, the team was professional, exceptionally polite, and cooperative. A special mention goes to the management team, who went completely out of their way to help us coordinate our travel plans and offer local insights. As for the accommodations, the rooms were very neat, hygienic, and well-maintained. The beds were amazingly comfortable—significantly better and cozier than what you typically find in budget-friendly hotels. The room aesthetics and overall property ambience felt incredibly welcoming. Lastly, the in-house restaurant was a major highlight. We ordered dinner, and the food quality was superb in terms of both taste and hygiene. The breakfast was equally delicious with great portion sizes. Having safe, secure parking on-site was another great perk that gave us peace of mind. Excellent value for money—I would gladly stay here again!

Amazing beds & Clean as compare to other budget indian hotels. In house food was delicious. Staff was friendly Special thanks to the Manager who went out of the way to help us organizing our further trip in India.

Had a wonderful stay — the hotel offered great comfort, warm hospitality, and an excellent location to explore Agra.
Pros:

I really liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff is friendly.

Cons:

The room was extremely small for the price paid. It was in no way similar to the picture they had put up on the website. There was the owner's daughter's engagement on the day of our stay, so we weren't even allowed to upgrade our rooms even though we were ready to pay. There was loud music playing in the night from the function.

Location is decent. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Dirty. The toilet was covered in feces when I arrived and when I requested that it be cleaned they just rinsed it down with water--no cleaning chemicals. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire room/hotel, which already looked a bit dirty to begin with.

This hotel may have high ratings, but it's no where near the quality of a standard, major hotel chain.

This hotel doesn't look like the one you see in the above pictures. Hotel staff was very unprofessional.
They recently did pest control to the hotel and it smells horrible and suffocating. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
