Nice hotel but the guests behaviour ruined it
Pros:

Staff were friendly, approachable and polite and they upgraded the room for me which was a nice welcome surprise.

Cons:

Not directly the hotels fault - but guests staying a floor down were shouting, screaming, banging, throwing things, arguing, spitting most of the night it was like a warzone - The owner told them to stop but they didn't and nothing further was done by the owner "someone shouted I'm going to stab you" around 3am it was at this point I decided to leave and check out.

Clogged shower, no bathroom lock, brown stains on the pillows. Reasonably clean considering the conditions, but £45 a night is a bit too much for what you get.
