Отзывчивый персонал, быстрое заселение, помощь и участие в изучении города. Прекрасное расположение в центре Триеста. Великолепные классические интерьеры и приятный Вэлком при заселении. Удобный матрас и подушка.

Cons:

В номере был короткий шланг у душа, неудобно ! Мой рост 180 см, приходилось приседать. Очень скудный завтрак для такого отеля, хочется, чтобы к существующей шведской линии была бы дополнительная возможность заказать блюда а-ля карт.

Pros:

Guiseppe at the Front Desk was particularly excellent. Apart from checking us in, his restaurant recommendations were very good - Pier The Roof, Il Melograno & Karaktér. Unfortunately, we could meet him only the first day and the last since he had his days off! The location was perfect.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the checkout. Only 1 person was on the desk and with the rush to check out at 11 a.m. I waited a full 15 minutes before he was able to attend to me. I would recommend 2 persons be on the desk around check out time.
