Fantástico hotel con personal realmente maravilloso.
Pros:

El personal del hotel súper amable. Tanto en recepción donde nos recomendaban restaurantes y platas para ir y el personal del desayuno y cena.

A localização e o estacionamento são excelentes. É uma subida para chegar ao centro, mas nao foi problema para nós. Staff simpático.

La posizione è perfetta! Vicina alla spiaggia e comoda per il centro e i ristoranti alla sera. Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

La colazione è un po’ scarsa e poco variegata, nessuna opzione vegana se non il latte vegetale/ pane e marmellata. Anche la frutta era da aumentare un po’… la pulizia in camera (capelli al nostro arrivo e sporcizia a terra) e nei teli mare (spesso macchiati) è da migliorare

Too expensive for what the room was! Not worth it, very old hotel- needs updating massively, very basic rooms, didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

Ort und Hotel schön. Strand konnten wir nicht nutzen weil er audmsgebucht war

Cons:

Strand kostenpflichtig mit Reservierung. Selbst Als Hotelgast konnten wir nicht zum hoteleigenen Abschnitt ohne vorherige Reservierung.

We had a nice stay at this hotel dispite the problems mentioned
Pros:

Good location friendly staff good breakfast choices

Cons:

As the hotel only had a small pool it seemed to be off limits at strange times of the day didn’t open until 10am after cleaning the pool. Closed at midday hottest time of the day for lunch then closed again about 6.30 . Pool also had very little shade provided. Beach sun beds were nice but at 25 euros a day expensive if you don’t book the day before you may not get a place.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel next to breathtaking beach, with professional service-minded staff.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, everyone is clean, room comfortable & well-kept, location is amazing & close to beautiful Rena Bianca beach with clear turquoise water, as well as close to Santa Theresa Gallura town with many restaurants, stores & amazing gelaterias. Staff was great, especially everyone at reception & Max from bar/restaurant. Pool clean & beautiful, big rooftop terrace (solarium) for chilling in the evenings, everything was great! Hotel helped us with transfer to & from airport, as well to the port for out boat tour, booked a tour for us to la Maddalena island, which was amazing, you can even loan umbrella & beach towels at reception for that tour. Great service!
