UNA VACANZA DA RIPETERE
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dal mare, personale gentile e attento nell'accogliere e soddisfare le esigenze dei propri clienti. Cucina con piatti straordinari, preparati con prodotti di ottima qualità. Location silenziosa e tranquilla.

Cons:

Consiglierei una copertura sulle auto nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel che le ripari dal sole o da qualsiasi evento atmosferico .

Friendly hotel, great location
Pros:

The hotel is very well located just down the hill from Santa Teresa Gallura and only a couple of minutes walk from beautiful Rena Bianca beach. The staff are all very friendly and incredibly helpful with any enquiry. Nice area to have a drink/play cards as a family. Lovely pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Even as a hotel guest you have to pay 50euro to rent one umbrella and two sunbeds in the reserved hotel area on the beach (so family of four it was 100euro for the day) which seems a lot in addition

Una vacanza stupenda e rilassante..un grazie a tutto lo staf dell.' Hotel.Corallaro, per la loro gentilezza e.professionalita'..tutti super disponibili e simpatici. Un ringramento particolare al maitre Antonio, che con la sua professionalita' e simpatia ha reso davvero speciale.la.nostra vacanza facendocii sentire coccolati per tutta la permanenza. Cibo ottimo e di alta qualita'...anche per chi come me ha intolleranze.
Dimemticavo la spiaggia Rena bianca e' uno.spettacolo a pochi passi dalla.struttura.con la.sua acqua limpida e cristallina dal chiaro al celeste al turchese intenso.
Speriamo di tornare presto. Grazie ancora.

Exceptional Hotel and Exceptional Staff that always go Above and Beyond!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Sveva greeted us and already knew about my room upgrade request. She upgraded us to a fourth-floor deluxe room with a balcony facing Rena Bianca beach. Instead of just handing us the keys, Sveva walked us straight to the room.
Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable and the linens of excellent quality. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The location is amazing and withing walking distance of beautiful Rena Bianca beach as well as Santa Theresa Gallura town.
The hotel itself was immaculate. Every area was spotless and beautifully maintained. There was a nice pool with plenty of loungers, bar service available, and the breakfast had an abundance of choices, both Italian and American. Free parking was an added plus!

Cons:

(Note this is part of what I liked) On a personal note, my husband became quite ill on our second night at the hotel requiring paramedics to take him to the hospital. Carine and Ellen called the paramedics and packed a bag of snacks and bottled water for him. This simple act of kindness had lifesaving effects as he was not seen by a doctor for 20 hours and received no food or drink for two days. When the paramedics had to transport my husband from our hotel room to the ambulance a number of hotel staff (sorry I did not get their names) helped transport the stretcher down three flights of stairs. We were only supposed to stay at this hotel for two nights, but they graciously extended my stay to four more nights. Every day, someone or everyone from reception would reach out to me asking if I needed anything and was I OK. When it was time for me to check out and move to a hospital closer to the hospital two things happened: (1) Sveva and Mariangela asked me to write up a list of questions for the hospital and doctors in English. They translated this to Italian. I was able to hand this letter to the security people at the hospital who in turn took me directly to my husband’s attending doctor. (2) We had rented a standard transmission car which I needed to drive twenty-six miles through winding roads to get to the hospital. Edoardo carried all my luggage to the car and then proceeded to give me a refresher course in driving a standard transmission car. He even had me practice a couple of times before he would let me leave. This was invaluable and I made it to the hospital safely. The staff followed up with me via WhatsApp for the following days.
The staff at this hotel earn the highest praise for their warm service, friendly smiles, and fast help. They went far beyond standard hospitality, providing critical, life-saving support for my husband during a terrifying medical emergency. A special thank you to Carine, Ellen, Sveva, Mariangela, Edoardo, and Giovanni.
