Ho notato un cambiamento nel servizio rispetto all’anno scorso. In passato, per gli ospiti che dovevano partire molto presto al mattino, era possibile richiedere un cestino per la colazione. Ricordo addirittura che, lo scorso anno, viste le numerose richieste per le 6:15, il guardiano aveva gentilmente aperto la sala colazioni in anticipo.

Quest’anno, invece, alla reception mi è stato detto che avrei potuto chiedere un caffè al guardiano di turno. Così ho fatto e il caffè mi è stato gentilmente preparato.

Ho quindi riscontrato, sotto questo aspetto, un peggioramento del servizio rispetto all’anno precedente. È un peccato, perché la possibilità di avere una colazione, anche da asporto, per chi parte molto presto rappresentava un’attenzione particolarmente apprezzata.

Niezwykła przygoda w marynistycznym stylu. Trzeba ją powtórzyć.
Pros:

Niesamowity, marynistyczny styl hotelu - "wchodzisz na pokład statku i płyniesz prosto przez ciepłe morze, dopilnowany przez profesjonalny personel pokładowy". Bardzo pomocny personel, przygotowany pokój, smaczne i różnorodne śniadania, pojemny "mobilny" parking. Wspaniała miejscowości z nadmorską promenadą i plażą po horyzont. Super miejsce do zwiedzania Toskanii i Ligurii.

Pros:

Avant tout, l'amabilité du personnel, de jour comme de nuit.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. J'ai beaucoup voyagé, mais là vraiment, inoubliable de profusion, sucré et salé, un véritable spectacle.
Situation géographique très bonne (cependant la mer est masquée par les bâtiments de plagistes et n'est pas visible du rez de chaussée et de la salle à manger), le boulevard est toutefois joli, patio en façade pour fumer sympa, facile à trouver et parking bien pratique (petit supplément à réserver avant et à payer sur place). Chambres coté parking d'un calme total.

Cons:

Les matelas sont trop fermes (dans les deux chambres que nous avions).
Les prises sur les tables de chevet sont des prises italiennes à l'ancien standard où on ne peut pas brancher les prises avec terre. Mais les prises sur le bureau et dans la salle de bain étaient à la norme européenne/française.

The view was great and it was close to the beach

Cons:

We thought that the bathroom was clean at first but after one day, it had a really bad smell. Also, they wanted us to pay for 3 whole days at the beach, however on the first day we asked for a half day ticket.

Odlična lokacija. Prvi red do mora. Dorucak bi mogao biti raznovrsniji, ali je i ovako sasvim korektno. Sobe su ciste i ciste se svakoga dana. Preporuka.

Very lovely staff, and helpfull. Great location near to the beach. Delicious breakfast with many options.

Cons:

The shower wasn't "clean" I found black mold on the wall, between tiles. Unfortunately it was there after we requested an extra cleaning on it.
