首先酒店服务人员服务态度都非常好，尤其是前台基本给足了情绪价值，打扫房间的工作人员都会主动打招呼，这点非常不错。
奈何酒店太过陈旧，入住的5天里碰到两次电梯故障，一次卫生间漏水，这家酒店装潢非常压抑 暗色调而且这个照明就像是住在山洞里的感觉，房间还特别小。
Location was great - so close to the centre, Metro a short walk, lovely local restaurants, bars & baker. The welcome to the hotel was charming - staff throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. We took a courtyard room for a lower cost but the low traffic noise level was a welcome bonus even with our windows open. Room was spacious and very clean. Daily bottled water was appreciated. Our day started with swims - what a fabulous pool - so clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent - freshly prepared, lovely staff.
Only very small things - loved the robes/slippers but would have liked some more hanging space for them after use. Room service missed some used glasses but not a problem.

Friendly helpful and prompt to respond staff from reception to kitchen and service man. The place is very clean and facilities is amazing ( from refreshments pool and the spa) ideal for a short break not to mention it’s perfect location thank you.
Excellent location, good sized room, hotel felt very individual and there were lots of little extras. Very good breakfast buffet and superb staff- my son lost his cuddly toy in the bed sheets that were changed whilst we were out, and the night receptionist searched through 4 bags of laundry sheets to locate it and return it to us the same night. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty.
Our room ceiling was dark blue so the room seemed a little too dark.
I don’t normally write reviews but had to in this case - wonderful staff, great location, reasonably priced with a swimming pool. We all loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in a family room. The hotel is centrally situated, quiet and friendly. Our children appreciated the basement swimming pool after a day of sightseeing. We loved the breakfasts with excellent cakes and pastries and welcoming staff. The beds were comfortable and the gift of champagne for my husband’s “big” birthday was a nice touch. Special thanks to the lovely gentleman working on reception the night of 20th February who sorted through four trolleys of dirty laundry after my son’s special soft toy was accidentally removed by the chambermaid! He deserves a medal and my son was very happy to have his lamb back.
