Si es lindo pero se supone que tenían personal que hablaba español y no, además cobraron cosas que se supone estaban incluidas en el precio

Cons:

Cobraron extra por la limpieza del cuarto que se supone estaba incluido pero además no avisaron que podrían realizar ese cobro, se supone que la alberca era gratis y cobraron el uso por hora, en total más de 400 euros en 4 días, el personal que se supone podría hablar español fue nulo, el apoyo fue nulo y muy poco accesible. El personal terrible, no lo recomiendo

Pros:

Very well located for visiting Paris. We enjoyed using the pool every night after a hot summer day in Paris. Lots of places to eat nearby. Walkable to the louvre, Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe. The staff was very helpful

Cons:

Would have been nice to have access to a fridge or ice to keep drinks cold during a hot summer. I am sure if we had asked they would have oblige

Being a boutique style hotel you get the added benefits of the personal touch.
5 min walk to the champs Elysees, 10 min to Arc de triomphe, strolling along beautiful shops and cafes and restaurants.

Hôtel intimiste,bien placé, au personnel très agréable.
Pros:

Emplacement au top. Au début des Champs Élysées, dans une rue calme. Restaurants juste à côtés, emplacement central pour visiter de nombreux centres d’intérêt Parisien. Le personnel au top également, très aimable, dévoué et serviable. Bon petit déjeuneur. Hôtel à dimension humaine. Piscine très bien pour se rafraîchir et faire des longueurs, Hamman agréable et efficace.

The room was very small even though they made me pay extra for an upgrade. No bar fridge and the place was not clean esp

The outside balcony was never cleaned since I arrived. My rotten pizza was there for two days. Housekeeping is bad.
