Una coccola rilassante
Pros:

Baia incantevole , la struttura è datata ma molto curata, bellissimi campi da tennis , un ristorante in una posizione eccezionale con tramonti mozzafiato , personale gentilissimo che ti fa sentire a casa , una bellissima squadra

Good experience; would have been better with a no-smoking policy by the beach!
Pros:

The hotel premises were lovely. Nice location; the way to the beach from the hotel was also very comfortable. The hotel restaurant served really nice food.

Cons:

Smoking was allowed at the beach and by the pool, which is a shame for such a prestigious hotel. I'm going to the beach to relax and breathe the sea breeze, I certainly don't want to be inhaling the smoke from the other customers. Also not good for the kids.

Sehr schönes Strandhotel mit leichten Abstrichen
Pros:

Insgesamt erfüllt das Hotel Biodola genau das, was man sich von einem Strandurlaub erhofft. Gute Zimmer, eine schöne Anlage und vor allem einen fantastischen Strand. Das Personal ist größtenteils extrem freundlich - vor allem beim Abendessen. Dieses funktioniert bei Halbpension mit Menü und ist ausgezeichnet - wir waren an jedem Abend vom Essen begeistert.

Leider gibt es ein paar Punkte, die - vor allem bei dem Preis - dafür sorgen, dass ich dem Hotel nicht so viele Punkte geben kann, wie ich eigentlich gerne würde.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Mein Zimmer war fantastisch, doch das meiner Eltern war bestenfalls halb so groß wie meines mit einer nicht so gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Bei Rückfrage an der Rezeption, ob meine Eltern ein gleichwertiges Zimmer erhalten könnten, wurde nur gesagt "Sie können ja tauschen." Der Hinweis, dass beide Zimmer ja gleich viel kosten und entsprechend auch gleichwertig sein sollten, wurde nur mit einem Schulterzucken quittiert.

Ebenfalls etwas ärgerlich ist die Situation am Strand. Gäste müssen die Liegen für die Dauer ihres Aufenthalts reservieren - an jeder Liege hängt ein kleines Schild mit der Zimmernummer. Dies wurde uns an der Rezeption und auch im Vorfeld der Reise nicht erklärt. Wenn man sich einfach auf irgendeine Liege legt, wird man direkt vom Strandpersonal angesprochen - selbst wenn 70% der Liegen ohnehin frei sind. Wir hatten am Ende Glück und konnten noch eine Liege in der ersten Reihe erhalten, doch gerade in der Hochsaison erscheint mir dieses System etwas unfair.

Abschließend ist leider insgesamt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht so ganz astrein. Im Vergleich zum fantastischen Abendessen fällt bspw. auch das etwas dürftige Frühstück ab. Hier würde ich für den Preis etwas mehr erwarten als Dosenobst und gezuckerten O-Saft aus dem Automaten. Auch die Preise in der - ausgezeichnet ausgestatteten Bar - sind gepfeffert. 14€ für einen (teilweise mittelmäßigen) Aperol Spritz sind auf jeden Fall eine Ansage.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel Biodola ein toller Ort für einen Strandurlaub und könnte ein absolutes Traumhotel sein, wenn an der ein oder anderen Stellschraube etwas gedreht werden würde.

One of the best beach resort vacations

Beautiful park like grounds with breathtaking beachfront view. A true paradise.

Cons:

For a luxury hotel, inferior room size, decor, tiny bathroom. Terrible air conditioning that didn’t cool. Uncomfortable.

Das Hotel ist super, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich toll. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist außerordentlich lecker und sehr kreativ zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die inkludierten Strandliegen

Cons:

Mir persönlich hat die Bereitstellung von Gläsern über den Roomservice auf den Zimmern gefehlt. Diesem Wunsch wurde aber durch die freundlichen Bardamen an der Hotelbar entsprochen, so dass ich die Gläser dann doch auf meinem Zimmer hatte
