Not a good experience. Property condition not as advertised. Misleading info not on the advertisement but also on direct contract with the property staff. Outdated furnitures.

Perfect Location. It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.

It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

The location was the best. We felt safe all the time. We were near al the attractions. The nighttime was quiet.
The air conditioner was very bad, we called to have a Fan, and they didn't provide it. It was very hot 1 small a/c in the room and apartment was very hot.

It was a family vacation. The area is perfect the only this that was really bad was the a/c. For summertime with hot temperature the a/c are too small for the area, and it won't be cold at all. We called to Inform to see if they had fans and NO fans where given. For the rest it was good. we felt safe on all time Not a noise area. Walking distance to the train and Uber area. If they A/C had worked properly it will have been Excellent

Everything was perfect, the only BUT was they don’t have elevator and we have to take 4 luggage to the 4th place… was a new experience for my kiddos lol
They have fun.

Pros:

The place was clean and had a kitchenette where we could have made breakfast and dinner. It's walking distance to most attractions and metro station. Our only issue was the aircondition wasn't working and it was so hot at nights and the shower was so tiny, that we had to squeeze to get into the shower doors.
