Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Restaurant gibt es beispielsweise Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch nur auf Nachfrage. Käse und Wurst sind sehr spärlich im Angebot. Die Getränke muss man sich selbst aus großen Glaskaraffen nehmen, ich habe darauf verzichtet. Als ich noch nicht wusste, wie es im Restaurant gehandhabt wird, hatte ich mir zum Essen ein Bier bestellt. Der Mitarbeiter schien überhaupt nicht mit einen solchen Wunsch gerechnet zu haben. Er stellte mir eine Dose Bier hin. Das war's. Glas auf Nachfrage. Aber das war ein blaues Saftglas.

非常老舊的酒店,完全沒有皇冠品牌該有的品質,公共區域地談霉味很重,甚至還有下雨被浸濕的痕跡; 行政樓層房間玻璃竟然外側磨損看不到外景,換了一間房間才免強接受, 房間可能噴了"香水" 說不出來的怪味,洗臉台竟然破損,馬桶按鈕跳不起來,不會再來住的酒店

Pros:

Ordered two rooms for two nights with breakfast and dinner, however, the dinner is entirely the same dishes for 2nd day.

The corridor was old and smelly on high rise floor. The fencing is too short and felt dangerous for family accommodation.

The Sunna room seems not functioning well, only at 40 degrees, while steam rooms are all closed.

The gym room is acceptable with equipments functioning well.
