整體很喜歡 酒店寧靜的週邊環境，令人很放鬆， 無論去黑潮市場 購買 和歌山特產 及享用 溫泉， 及去歐羅巴港 閒逛， 都非常舒適放鬆。
Pros:

1️⃣早上9点多到達酒店時發現 遺漏了一個背囊在 路程上的 電鐵上，幸好遇到幫助check in的 職員 奧山小姐， 她是懂普通話的日本人，她很耐心記下我們到酒店 過程 中 轉乘的各項交通 和時間， 然後幫我們 打電話去查詢失物，下午3点多 終於為我們找到失物的車站位置， 還細心的為我們打印認領失物的車站位置圖，方便我們第二天離開和歌山去大阪時途經去認領，還加上日語及中文翻譯，方便我們跟車站職員溝通。
在不熟悉的 國度 遺失東西仍能尋回， 真是感謝 天父為我們預備了奧山小姐 這位天使的幫忙。
2️⃣酒店的地道日式自助早餐，非常非常非常豐富及美味。
3️⃣入住 酒店 會送 溫泉券， 入住期間 無限次浸溫泉。

Cons:

1️⃣3人入住預訂的標準三人間， 預訂說明是有3張單人床，但却是雙床房加一張 承托力很差的加床。
2️⃣是底層2楼最尾的房間，窄長，打開 3個行李箱 就沒有 行走的空間了，有一個細窗，可打開，景觀是停車場，浴室也很細，由於酒店送了温泉卷，浸温泉巳洗澡， 所以也 沒有使用 浴室的沐浴設備。

Pros:

安めの部屋だったけど、ホテル全体として高級感あって良かった。海辺の景色が良い。なによりも、すぐ、ポルトヨーロッパや黒潮温泉行けるのがめっちゃ良かった。

Great location, beautiful scenery and wonderful sea view from the room, staff were friendly, polite and helpful, room was clean, with comfortable beds, free parking lots were available and very convenient, very close to the fish market and restaurants, this was our third time staying in this hotel, highly recommend.
