Clean, Quiet, Good location. Polite staff. We felt safe.
Pros:

The room was clean, well lit, crisp sheets, comfortable pillows, coffee in room, microwave, mini refrigerator, complimentary shampoo and soap, good towels and washcloths. The kingsize bed was comfortable. TV worked fine. There was no noise from other guest and no noise from any traffic. It was quiet and peaceful, plus the price was great.

Bad management
Cons:

While the manager was outside smoking pot.He got after a couple in the Hot tub for drinking a beer. He told them it could be bad for the water. And when they pointed out the only posted rule was no glass and mentioned he was smoking weed, he got angry and started yelling. I think it best to stay away from this place. I know my wife and I will definitely not return.

It was okay for a quick overnighter. But wouldn't stay there again unless it was the only option.
Pros:

It was clean and in a good location.

Cons:

Very dated and old. The tub drained very slowly.

Great stay with greenway and parks near by along with many restaurants in walking distance
Pros:

Newly updated bathroom and paint. Clean and friendly staff. Greeted by the owners several times as they were out on the premises.

Cons:

Other guests had music blaring with doors open to smoke outside.
