Pros:

We were únable to stay at the property. The Expedía app listed “Entre Cielos” as “pet friendly” but in fact they did not allow pets; in this case we have a small “service dog” with supporting documentation. They only payment option was “pay in full” which we did. We submitted a claim to the property and they agreed to return our money, but we have been extremely frustrated with Expedía for not returning our money despite 5-6 emails!!

We had a great time at this wine resort and spa. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds very comfortable. The hotel offered free breakfast for quite a lot time in the am which was convenient. We took advantage of morning yoga and walking area around the property. Concierge service before arrival was spotty. Overall, very good stay though!

Outstanding property- 5 stars throughout. The food was excellent, and this was a beautiful launch point for my Mendoza vacation. I stayed in a room inside the vineyard and had a beautiful view every day when I awoke to the Malbec vines. Everything was impeccably maintained, down to each detail, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to even the most discerning of travelers.

A propriedade e hotel são lindos. Vista deslumbrante. Embora a arquitetura seja de concreto ele não é pesado, tem leveza. Grande conforto térmico no quarto. Funcionários muito gentis. Solícitos e prestativos.
Café da manhã muito gostoso. Croissant bem crocante. Só acho que deveria melhorar as refeições. Não condiz com o que o hotel oferece. As refeições não são ruins, são bastante razoáveis. Só não estão a altura.

Beautiful and understated luxurious property set in a vineyard. Staff here are all *extremely* friendly and personable. They all went out of their way to help or chat with you; helping to make our trip extra enjoyable -- whether it was helping to hire a car, organizing a winery tour, making an excellent espeesso or helping us with laundry. Again, thank you and beautiful calm space.
