hotel muy bonito y colonial
Pros:

el hotel muy bonito, excelente ubicacion y la habitacion esta muy bien ubicada con mucha iluminacion

Cons:

a lo mejor el personal no estan efusivo como quisiera uno jajaja, a lo mejor un poco mas de efusividad a la hora de recibir a los huespedes

Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude, tolle Atmosphäre. Auch das Zimmer war mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet - wirklich sehr besonders!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Super large rooms, comfortable beds, clean linen, soft towels, amazing staff, excellent location, the staff even helped me get my clothes washed from a service and delivered same day. The staff has maps and plenty of recommendations!! Beautiful place and made my stay wonderful.

Cons:

The shower head in my room. I swear a sprinkler head would have given more water to shower with. I improvised and had to use a cup to collect water and shower with. Otherwise, stunning place!!!

En el mejor lugar de Puebla.
Pros:

El cuarto era casi un museo, las habitaciones están decoradas con muy buen gusto. Es un edificio antiguo remodelado, las camas cómodas, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Todo bien. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de la calle, sobre todo de sábado a domingo que hay más movimiento nocturno. Pero las ventanas con cierre hermético logran aislar acústicamente mucho del ruido.

Pros:

Lo mejor fue la ubicación, es inmejorable. La decoración también es linda, las habitaciones y el baño muy espacioso.

Cons:

No tiene comedor. Se colaba absolutamente TODO el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado, se escuchaba cómo roncaban y absolutamente todo lo que ocurría en el baño contiguo, fue muy desagradable, por la falta de privacidad. No volvería a quedarme ahí.

Bien pero sin estacionamiento y con fuga de agua
Pros:

La ubicacion en el mero centro de puebla es maravillosa, y la habitacion esta muy bien cuidada, a pesar de los años.

Cons:

El Lavabo tenia fuga de agua en la parte de abajo y te mojabas los pies cada que abrías la llave, no cuenta con estacionamiento, tienen un convenio con uno externo y lo cobran a parte y es un estacionamiento publico, por lo que no hay libertad de entrar y salir a todas horas.

Buena, y se puede mejorar.
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y techos altos. La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

requiere un poco de mantenimiento, había gotera en el lavabo, el primer día pusieron café para la cafetera del cuarto y el segundo día no.
La habitación doble de mis hijos, está muy encerrada y caliente

Bello hotel histórico, confortable y decoración muy bella.
Pros:

El personal super amable. El hotel antiguo, bello con gran decoración. La habitación muy luminosa.
Muy bien ubicado, cerca de muchas de las atracciones del centro de Puebla. Una bella ciudad siempre.

Cons:

La televisión nunca funcionó. El agua de la regadera tarda mucho en calentarse, deberían poner una cubeta para no desperdiciar tanta agua. Y el chorro, super disperso.
Pero en general, excelente, fuera de estos detalles.
