Everything. Regular client, staff brilliant, friendly and professional. Best position for easy access to city centre and M1 motorway. Multiple high speed EV chargers within 5 minutes drive at J33 M1.

I’m plenty of room and location
All was ok
The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of car parking.
The hand wash and toilet roll hadn’t been replaced on arrival.
The ground floor toilet had no toilet roll.
One section of the toaster wasn’t working ,so one side of the bread was untouched.
I waited ten minutes for the bacon and hash browns to be replenished at breakfast.
We had to ask for more butter at breakfast as there wasn’t any.
In my opinion there wasn’t enough staff particularly on Saturday.
Nice comfortable room. Friendly reception and bar staff.
The staff where helpful especially Ashley always seemed to go out of his way to help , check in was quick and food was good
Once we got up to the room which was a premier room the air conditioning wasn't working and it was a very warm day and when I ask about it I was told that the hotel new all about and think I should of been told about this so we could of changed rooms , we did however transfer to another room which was a classic double but my bill wasn't then changed but we did get given two drink vouchers, the only thing I would really like to get across is that I think we should of been informed about fault
In quiet area, plenty of parking space, modern building, staff welcoming smiles, friendly helpful, informative with times for breakfast, making sure you have registered your car so you don’t get parking fine, ideal for the arena. Rooms stylish, bathrooms modern with good shower.
Our air conditioning was not working room was very hot & there was only 2 towels between the 2 of us once reported extra towels were sent to room & a fan was provided to cool the room down. Kettle & ingredients for making a tea or coffee in your room were provided but only for 1 cup each!!

Air con blew out nothing, room was roasting hot with a small fan that also wasn’t working, booked double room which was double bed and couch pull out bed for 2 children and only had 2 pillows for 4 people
