Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Appreciated the breakfast and the variety. I asked for an alternate item which was provided. All staff were very attentive and willing to support. Thank you "Chantelle" on front of house.

Cons:

I had actually booked a King Size Room. Upon arrival I was greeted by a twin room. I reported this straight away to the night porter and was given a reason of a larger group had booked in so my room was moved. The plus side to this was front of house refunded me half of the room fee back.

Very good overall Gym needs some work - staff very friendly

Pros:

The hotel was very nice the room and bed were large and clean.
The location for the event we were attending was perfect.
However the food in the evening was very poor, dried up and obviously frozen. Expensive for what it was.
The choice was also poor.
However the breakfast was good.

We definitely not satisfied with the stay.
Pros:

Location was near the festival we were going so it was convenient for us.

Cons:

Room was insanely hot. We came with children and we were suffering the whole night. It was impossible to sleep in that heat. It looked like we had a AC in the room by the entrance but it didn’t work at all.

The dinner was good. Breakfast exactly what you would expect with a good choice of self service.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast gets you £20 off the a la carte menu or a 3 course meal from a more limited menu.

Cons:

Even though its new there were some parts that looked a bit used.

It was a decent stay, pleasant staff but upgrade your breakfast and rooms.
Pros:

Room was clean. On an upper floor. Restaurant for evening meal was good. Food was hot and tasty and staff well attentive and polite.
Check in was good.
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Room service breakfast was not very nice at all-
Bacon was like rubber far too overdone
Beans very dried up
Sausage needed more cooking
Toast was just warm bread- didn't come with any butter
Not very appetising at all
Room- sofa bed had tears in it. Air conditioning was very noisy, quite a dark room. Needs a little update.
Very strong air freshner smell in reception area which you could smell whilst eating in the restaurant.
