The bed was quite uncomfortable, the room had stains on the upholstery and curtains. Air con didn't work and one of the lights in the room only lit up half way.
Facilities were good, and loads of car parking spaces.
The pillows were a little to firm for me.

Location was further away from where we needed to be than I realised and we struggled to get a taxi back (had to wait over an hour). Not the hotel's fault at all, but if you're going to event at arena and relying on taxi makes it a pricey stay.
The Location is convenient for motorway
There is no Charging Point for an electric car, & my room was on the back of the hotel that is overlooking a container port / storage area so u have the banging of containers on and off trains, all night, also you have staff banging bins, and the beds are uncomfortable.
Staff - my stay was for 2 nights and for my stay there I was always polite and friendly for to be just looked at by staff no greeting back and there just carried on talking to each other,

Industrial estate location, but very easy access from M1 and into Sheffield
The room is quite big, and I got the free upgrade. The staff are very friendly, and the location is very quiet.
The room is close to the fire door, so I could hear anyone who passed through it. Maybe put some pads in between the door to reduce the sound, sorry I'm a very light sleeper.
