Overall it was average.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit in the room was not working. This was very disappointing as it was a hot weekend and I had paid extra to choose a room with air conditioning.

Cons:

Bed had a long ridge running across it, very uncomfortable, had to sleep in the other single. No tea bags I had my own luckily.
No water for room.

Excellent hotel, comfortable and quiet. Great breakfast
Pros:

Lovely hotel and spacious room. Breakfast was excellent. Stayed here to break up a journey heading further up north. Will definitely stay here again
