Room AC didn’t seem to work so hot through the night and a challenge to get to sleep.
On arriving staff welcoming and a love clean hotel.Room was exceptional. Evening meal hot on arrival and served by Tracey a warm welcome and served us with a smile and made the Evening a lovely experience Ashley was another member of staff very helpful too.In the morning greeted by Ashley again for breakfast who explained the layout and made you welcome and relaxed and food was hot and very enjoyable. We will be returning very soon.

This is my second stay. The room was spacious, clean and bright. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and the shower facilities were excellent. My dog and I very much enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a very nice stay. Many thanks 😊
The only thing I would suggest is a room service menu in the room- but that's only a minor quibble. The stay was great.
It was close to restaurants and dessert shops
There was a sign in the bathroom to ask for anything extra we need. We were staying with our two young kids and asked for anything extra extra blanket and were told there is no blankets. Next morning we asked if they have any toothbrushes as it says in the bathroom that they are available and were informed by reception that they are finished. The room smelt of sewage and we couldn’t bear the smell and we asked to change room and were taken to another room which was so not neat and tidy. I’m not sure why we even paid 100 for one night if this was our experience. I have always stayed in Mercure hotels but was extremely disappointed by this one.
Very nice and clean, comfortable rooms and staff very friendly
The only issue was that on the Sunday , my daughter was very poorly so wasn’t going to leave the hotel that day. However the kitchen wasn’t available to order food to the room for her as I was advised there was no chef available that day.
