Staff were nice, room was clean

Cons:

We stayed in 10 different hotels on our 20 day Japan trip, this was the worst hotel of them all.
Even though we upgraded and went for the queen room, it was still tiny, not really sure what the extra $ was for?
Heads up, do not pay for the breakfast it was average at best and since when does a kitchen or a hotel for that matter not stock or even know what milk is??

値段の割にトータル時には良かった。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったですし、接客の女性の対応が良かったです。

Cons:

フロントが無愛想。
いってらっしゃい、おかえりなさいが一切無い。
フロントに話しかけようとしても、隣のセルフの機械で処理してねと冷たい言い方でした。
