Excellent location, just a couple of minutes from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The reception is open 24/7, with very polite, English-speaking staff.
The rooms are comfortable and well soundproofed, although not brand new. The beds are comfortable.
For Istanbul, the cleanliness is quite acceptable, and the linen was white and clean.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, with a polite chef who will offer you an omelette or fried eggs of your choice. The buffet is not anything exceptional, but you definitely will not go hungry, and it did not become repetitive over several mornings. What is more, when we had an early departure, they prepared a lunch box for us to take away.
There is also a restaurant right downstairs, where you can order food directly to your room. Some of the rooms have lovely terraces with a partial view of the Blue Mosque.
A great option for the price.

Great location for Blue mosque, cictern, trams and bazaars.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The night manager was absolutely wonderful, and very attentive and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof and the windows are not double glazed.

Fue una estancia muy agradable en Estambul gracias a alojarnos en este hotel.
Pros:

Me encanto el trato del personal. En cuanto tuvimos algún problema, lo solucionaron y compensaron con creces. Se encontraba muy céntrico al casco histórico de la ciudad.

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno no estuvo mal, al pasar tantos días nos hubiese gustado mas variedad para poder cambiar. Aun así, como digo no estuvo mal.

Добрый день! Мы отдыхали в этом отеле 5 ночей, и в целом остались очень довольны.

Расположение просто великолепное — всего около 5 минут пешком до главных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Особенно порадовал шикарный вид на мечеть Султана Ахмеда — это создавало особую атмосферу на протяжении всего отдыха.

В отеле чисто, уборка проводилась регулярно, всё аккуратно и ухоженно. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый и всегда готов помочь — чувствуется хорошее отношение к гостям.

Завтрак базовый, но вполне хороший: есть всё необходимое, чтобы начать день комфортно.

В целом отдых прошёл отлично, и мы с удовольствием можем рекомендовать этот отель.

Camere curate, se face curatenie in fiecare zi, se schimba prosoapele zilnic, personal foarte atent si cooperant, nu au fost probleme legate se caldura, chiar la un moment dat am inchis caloriferele. Este situat foarte bine, foarte aproape de statia de tramvai T1, dar totusi intr-o zona linistita din punct de vedere al traficului si al zgomotului. In fiecare dimineata la micul dejun de pe terasa pe acoperis vezi Moscheea Albastra. Cu siguranta este un hotel la care as reveni.
