El personal es muy atento y amable. Es maravilloso cómo te hacen la estancia más fácil. Quiero hacer una mención enorme y especial a Hayreddin, el recepcionista. Es un auténtico profesional, increíblemente eficiente, siempre está disponible con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarte con absolutamente cualquier duda sobre tu estancia o Estambul. De verdad marca la diferencia. El desayuno es muy completo, con excelentes vistas a la Mezquita Azul y al mar de Mármara. Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos del parque Sultanahmet.

조식뷰는 진심 넘사벽. 모든 크고 작은 단점을 커버하고도 남습니다. 조직 메뉴도 좋았고 오믈렛 만들어 주던 직원도 몹시 친절. 전반적으로 직원들 다 친절. 도보 10분 내 블루 모스크, 이야 소피아.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo hotel, nella zona del colle del Seraglio, da cui prende il nome, a Sultanahmet per 4 notti. La nostra tripla al primo piano ha il balcone: pulita, ma necessita di ammodernamenti sia nella stanza che in bagno. I punti di forza sono: la posizione, in cinque minuti si arriva nella piazza Sultanahmet; la colazione, tutte le mattine ci hanno preparato delle ottime omelette, poi, a buffet il resto del salato e diversi prodotti dolci, graditi agli italiani, con splendida vista sulla moschea blu; piu' volte, dopo le lunghe giornate in giro per la città abbiamo apprezzato anche il servizio cena, sempre in terrazza, con sconto guest del 10%, mangiando ottime cesar salad e birra turca a prezzi giusti. Altro punto di forza è il personale: gentile e premuroso, menzione per il receptionist Andrew (mi pare) del turno serale, parla anche un poco di italiano e si è reso sempre disponibile.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location a 5 minute walk to the blue mosque. Little touches such as slippers in the room, a big water bottle every day when the room was cleaned, toothpaste and tooth brushes in the room. The help desk sent us their WhatsApp number on arrival and we're always available to help. We had an early flight and they gave us a breakfast bag. They even gave us a complimentary meal in their restaurant on our last night. It was delicious. Fantastic view of the blue mosque from our terrace room. Huge terrace. Hoyrettin was especially helpful throughout our stay.

Nice location near by historical cities, breakfast are magnificent, very nice hospitality from houst, special thanks for Mr Kenan and all stuff, thank you for good service.

We stayed here as a family and were very pleased! The hotel's location is magnificent! We stayed in the "Blue Mosque" deluxe room with a balcony, which offered a stunning view of the sea and the Blue Mosque. Delicious breakfasts on the terrace with a sea view. Special thanks to the staff, particularly Mr. Nejib.

Cleanliness and location

Расположение в центре города, рядом голубая мечеть. Много ресторанов, кафе, баров. Заселили раньше, за это отдельное спасибо.

Остановились в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! В номерах идеальная чистота, очень уютно, а атмосфера располагает к комфортному отдыху. Отдельно хочу выразить огромную благодарность администратору на ресепшен Mejip. Нас встретили с невероятной теплотой и искренней улыбкой. Заселение прошло мгновенно, нам всё подробно рассказали и ответили на все вопросы. Такой профессионализм, вежливость и отзывчивость действительно делают отдых незабываемым.
Обязательно вернемся сюда снова! Рекомендую всем!

Loved the location, the very comfortable beds and the size of the 3 bedroom apartment. Great stay and very helpful manager at the front desk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Some minor things could be improved in the bathrooms - the lighting was not great and the showers could do with a deep clean but overall, was really happy with the decor and furnishings.

Приветливы персонал, быстрое оформление, персонал помогал во всем, даже провожали нас и загрузили наш большой багаж, вкусные завтраки, красивый вид на террасе на завтраках :)
