Welcoming staa, great appartment
Pros:

Loved the style of appartment. Very clean and feels newly renovated. Great location but best of all the staff are great. From the two gentlemen in the Grilla restaurant to the reception staff, everyone was super helpful and accommodating. I had asked for a cake on arrival as it was my daughter's bday and they arranged that for us with balloons and decor. Bottles of water were provided and when I had forgotten my conversion plug, they provided one, no questions asked. Bottles water was provided, which makes arriving at 2am easier!

Cons:

A coffee machine in the appartment would be amazing! And some larger glasses would be good.

Great place with exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and nice (they replaced the whole tv in our room at 10 pm), the breakfast was good and tasty (its the buffet with the omelet station) and room was spacious and clean.

Excellent stay near the main landmarks of the city.
Pros:

I liked this hotel. It is small, cozy and nice, an excellent location near the center and important landmarks (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern), you can reach them after a 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast was rich and tasty and the reception guys were extremely helpful and kind (I remember Hayreddin, especially).

Esta bien situado y puedes ir a todos los lugares de interés a pie.merece la pena si vas para pocos dias ya que aprovechas mas el tiempo.
Cama grande y cómoda.
Hay café,te y agua enla recepción y en la habitación un hervidor.

Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно все: от первой встречи и до последнего момента. Вкусные и сытные завтраки, обслуживание и сервис – всё на высшем уровне!

Администраторы помогли решить проблему: во время одной из экскурсий на корабле официант облил нас колой. Администраторы отеля связались с их представителями и заставили все отстирать. За это отдельное спасибо!

Piacevole sorpresa
Pros:

Quando ho prenotato una camera all´Hotel Seraglio non sapevo si trattasse di un hotel a gestione familiare. E´ stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire una realta´ che e´ ormai sempre piu´ rara tra gli alberghi. Dalla pulizia impeccabile all´estrema gentilezza in reception, alla disponibilta´ del personale nella sala colazioni e nel ristorante sul retro, sempre di proprieta´ dell´hotel. Tutto ha una coerenza ed e´ volto a rendere piacevole e rilassato il soggiorno degli ospiti. Rapporto qualita´-prezzo apprezzabilissimo. Non ovviamente un hotel di lusso, ma certamente il lusso della semplicita´ offerta con il cuore.

Cons:

Niente. L´hotel ha tutto quello che ci si aspetta da un hotel a gestione familiare.

Pros:

Номер с хамам хорош, особенно когда хочется прогреться. Горячая вода в достаточном количестве.
На завтраке шеф и персонал отзывчив и корректен.
Менеджер/владелец обратил внимание, что мы 30+ минут ждали заказанный трансфер из аэропорта и компенсировал проблему без прямого недовольства с нашей стороны. Это приятно как внимание и справедливость.
На крыше после времени завтрака модно посидеть за компом или почитать спокойно. Хорошая спокойная музыка.
Персонал корректен и внимателен, без лишнего навязывания.
Рядом оч вкусный ресторан мяса, ближе к набережной - рыбный. Это не считая огромного числа ресторанов и магазинов вокруг.
До храма Софии и пр 5 минут спокойным шагом.

Cons:

Качество завтрака. Меньше разнообразия еды, больше качества мясного если уж предлагать.

Pros:

Le personnel était au top, tout le monde était gentil dans cet hôtel.
L'emplacement, on est prêt de tout pour visiter ce coins, l'arrêt de tram à 12min, la mosquée bleu, aya sofia
L'appel à la prière c'est d'une beauté que je regrette déjà, c'est tellement apaisant que j'avais envie que ça ne s'arrête pas.

Cons:

Le seul bémol ( après j'avoue que j'ai aussi l'oreille sensible ) c'est la musique mise le matin dans la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, ça commence à 7h, j'étais au 1er étage et la terrasse au 4eme et malheurement je l'entendais depuis ma chambre.

La ubicacion perfecta, a cinco minutos de las mezquitas principales

Personal muy amable en general. Destacamos positivamente al personal del desayuno, siempre atentos a todo y muy simpaticos.

Cons:

La cisterna del baño se queda enganchada y pierde agua, hay que golpear el pulsador para que pare. Un poco de mantenimiento le iria bien (habitacion 107)

y una sugerencia ... con la de panes buenos y artesanales que hay aqui, el pan que ofrecen en el desayuno es muy simple y no se disfruta igual
