Hotel antigo mas bem conservado e conta com grande estacionamento. Quarto amplo com excelente chuveiro e alguns com bela vista para o mar. Café da manhã muito bom.

Pros:

A construção é antiga, mas é tudo muito bem cuidado e a equipe atenciosa. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade e quando acabou algo, os funcionários repuseram muito rápido.

Como sempre um otimo cafe, muito completo. Outra vantagem do Brisamar é estacionamento sem custo adicional e amplo.

Cons:

Apenas como sugestao, deveriam melhorar a iluminacao do salao do cafe, pontos muito escuro, modernizar as instalaçoes. No restante recomendo, ja sou cliente a muitos anos. Equipe 100%

O hotel é bom. A equipe atende bem. Café da manhã bom. Tem um conforto razoável dentro da proposta a que se destina. Entendo ser um hotel de passagem, não uma atração em si. Preço compatível com a localização.

Cons:

As instalalações são um tanto antigas, creio que da década de 1970-80. Necessita uma atualização em algumas das suas unidades ( que ainda têm aparelhos de ar condicionado tradicionais, barulhentos e de baixa eficiência). Elevdores antigos. As portas das unidades têm fechaduras que só abrem e fecham com chave, maçaneta fixa por fora. E isso provoca um constante e incômodo bater de portas, absurdamente desagradável. O estacionamento, embora amplo, tem um piso de blocos de concreto que com o passar do tempo e sem ter manutenção, estão muitos soltos e levantados, especialmente nas vagas de idosos e PCD, o que dificulta o acesso seguro até o carro.. Problemas pontuais que podem ser corrigidos rapidamente. Em relação à localização não se trata de um lugar turístico.
