A no-frills, convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The price was a little higher than I would have expected for the property, plus a $10 parking charge per day, but I guess it was a busy weekend to visit Glenwood Springs. The property was close to everything and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t clean, had dirty foot prints and hair in it. By the way, the walls are paper thin. We could hear crying and entire conversation from the people staying next door.

Great place to stay-Breakfast is always on point!
Pros:

I love the location-walking distance to Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the boat launch on the Colorado River & the gondola to Glenwood Adventure Park.

Cons:

Coffee pot handle was loose. Not a big deal for me though:)

The breakfast was underwhelming, a lot of stuff was out of order, our freezer was leaking, the rooms need updating
