Disgustingly dirty and absolutely not worth the price.

The staff was polite and helpful

Cons:

The pool was horrific and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. The bedrooms were even worse. We ended up leaving that same night because the beds were so disgusting, including visible stains on the sheets. There’s nothing more unsettling than paying for a hotel room and feeling like you can’t even sleep in the bed.

The showers appeared clean, but the overall construction and upkeep were extremely poor and felt cheaply put together.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably.

It was ok. You have to pay extra if you have a car to park.
Pros:

Room was large. Close to freeway access.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking because they use the same parking for some attraction park. This place is in no way a place you could get to with no vehicle. So it charge extra for parking seemed like they were just gouging us because where would we park our car?

Clean, quiet, and good for going to the Adventure Park, but old bed.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was great for the Adventure Park.

Cons:

Bed was old and could feel the mattress springs. Uncomfortable in places on the mattress. Woke up during the night with a pain from a spring. Probably will not stay again there again, but choose the hotel next door.

I was very impressed with the front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Hot Springs and the Adventure Park.

We were not at the hotel very long each day but when we were there it was very good,
Pros:

The rooms chould have been closer together. The pool area was very good for my grandson. We really enjoyed it.

Cons:

We arrived by train and a ride from train station to hotel would have been very helpful. We stay at many hotels that offer rides from airports to the hotel that make traveling much easier.
