Nice but 2 large rooms for >$600 for 19 hours was a stretch.

After 5 years we will no longer be staying here for our trips to glenwood.

It was a great location for their on mountain hot springs and glenwood caverns

They upgraded us to a hotel room with a hot tub. And the girl at the front desk was very nice the first day.

Cons:

We booked the hotel specifically for our kid to play at the water park/water slides, but the pool was closed because someone had an accident. We were going to cancel but the woman on the phone said the pool would be clean by the next day. It was NOT clean and our kid was not able to go to the pool. Which really sucked because we had all been looking forward to swimming and playing in the pool. It was a huge let down and it felt like a huge waste of money, since the desk woman convinced us to stay. Super super disappointing.
