Pros:

Friendly front desk. Very nice and welcoming lobby. We didn't use the gondala or go to the amusement park but it is easily accessible if you choose to do so. Close to dining and gas stations. Nice paved walking trail by the road. Good areas for dogs to potty outside.

Cons:

We got 2 rooms and the connecting doors were very hard to open and close. Rooms could use some updates. I was also told by the front desk that they're under new management. If I was a kid, I'd definitely have fun there! Very family friendly.

Pros:

Whisper at the front desk was phenomenal! Gave the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Was willing to go the extra mile as our fridge was taking longer than expected to get cold.
Was willing to move a fridge from another floor for us. Really appreciate the extra effort and all with a smile on her face. Not once did she act put out or bothered. Just gave exceptional customer service.
The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not in order. That was a bummer after running after two toddlers.
Breakfast was really good and I loved that the meat choices were rotated. Kids were a huge fan of the mini waffles. I Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Afreen at the front desk was very sweet and helpful!

Cons:

Hot tub and ice machine both out of order the 4 days we were there. Food could use a little work
