Great experience
Pros:

Very clean property, the waterslide was a blast! Our in room hot tub was so relaxing and breakfast was delicious, the make your own waffle station was so fun. The staff was very helpful and how dog had a blast there.

Everything was great.

We were able to reserve a room same day for a great price.
Pros:

Good value for the night. Staff very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Beautiful views from room.

The location, the staff and the motel was clean

Cons:

The tv remote did not work, the phone did not work and the key card quite working on our third time using them. And we kept them away from our phones.

Cons:

We were charged an extra parking fee and pet fee for each night when we arrived, which was a surprising $100 extra upon arrival that was unclear in the listing. We also found cockroaches in our room and the hotel simply offered a clean the next day. Slept in a room with roaches. Everything was frayed, dirty or breaking.

Desorganização na cobrança da estadia. O hotel em si é Excelente. Recomendo cuidado com os pagamentos e peguem recibos .
Pros:

A estadia foi excelente. Contudo estamos tendo muitos problemas com o pagamento. Pagamos em dinheiro no checkout, sendo que nós cobraram também no cartão aqui pelo Booking. Estamos tentando de tudo e o hotel não estorna a compra do cartão , não devolve o dinheiro e não emite recibo direito para que possamos tomar providências junto ao cartão . Muito desgastante . Viajamos 1 mes pelos EUA e somente esse hotel está nos dando problemas . Que ainda esperamos poder resolver .

Cons:

Não gostei da organização do pagamento. Apenas isso, que espero solução . Precisamos tomar cuidado com a reserva pelo Booking, tem sido complicado , pois fomos contados 2 vezes. Pagamos em dinheiro e em cartão pelo Booking.

Pros:

I liked that the gondola, restaurants, and Iron Mtn Hot Springs were all within walking distance.

Cons:

The only bad thing was that it was a distance from downtown. But they do have a shuttle available to take you wherever you want for cheap. Great deal. Staff told us about the shuttle.
