Pool
It shops be cleaner little bit
We secured a king suite for our family and it was nice to have a separate bunk room for the kids. The pool was nice for the kids but watch out for wild kids that play rough. It was nice that it was next to the gondola for Grand Caverns.
Breakfast was terrible and way too busy so definitely picked over. The room was a bit loud as we could hear I70 and lobby noise pretty clear. Also, lighting was poor in the room and we had a hard time seeing the contents of our luggage.
It was wonderful to be so close to the gondola
property was extremely run down. Our room smelled strongly of bleach, there was trash left in the ice bucket, and there was water leaking in the bathroom with a towel placed underneath it. There was only one elevator, which moved extremely slowly, and the hot tub was broken. Given the price we paid, we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel in the same area.
Muy buena atención
We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience at your hotel this past weekend.
We had a reservation but were unfortunately forced to leave the property after only 1–2 hours due to an unexpected military work emergency involving my husband. We immediately went to the front desk, explained the situation, and respectfully requested a refund given the circumstances and the fact that we had barely used the room.
The receptionist informed us that only the second night could be refunded, and that the first night would need to be approved by the manager, who was not present at the time. We were told to call back on Monday.
Since then, we have made multiple attempts to reach the hotel:
• On Monday, we were told the manager was unavailable and that a message would be left for a callback — we never received one.
• On Tuesday morning, we called again and were told once more that the manager was not available.
• After several additional attempts, our calls started being ignored altogether.
• When calling from a different number, the phone was suddenly answered, but we were transferred to the manager who did not pick up.
• Further calls from both numbers were then ignored.
• When calling with a hidden number, the call was answered but we were placed on hold for over 20 minutes without any response.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We fully understand that policies exist, and we were simply asking for a clear answer — whether it be yes or no — not to be ignored repeatedly.
At this point, our concern is not only about the refund but about the lack of communication and professionalism from your staff.
We hope this matter will be taken seriously and that someone will finally reach out to resolve this situation.
The hot tub was closed and the pool was freezing
The pool is cold, it's not temperate water, my children couldn't even enjoy the pool
