Fair price, would still not recommend.
Pros:

Location and price is ok

Cons:

The cleaningness is really below standard . Walls are really dirty, floor is dirty.. hopefully bed seem clean.

The electric installation in the bathroom to heat water seem dangerous since cables have only been protected with ductape

Bed is hard and large bed is in fact two bed next to each other amd a small hole can be felt in the middle

Staff is friendly but doesnt speak english very well

Pros:

The staff were great. They took care of all the needs. Thank you so much for hosting me.

The room was too small than what we see in images. And there was little bit dust in the room.

Good place regarding price
Pros:

It was comfortable and I satisfied with amenity and services that I supposed.
Room was clear, but daily cleaning was not as clear as the first time when I entered.
Shower water flow was not perfect but acceptable. Fridge was good and I can use it satisfiable.
