Cheap and dirty
Pros:

The room stunk
The ac filter was nasty so the ac didn't want to work also it was not sealed so it could be removed easily
Had to have bed made after being checked in
Carpet was worn and rolled up in areas
The TV wasn't set up
The pool was in the furthest building
People were smoking pot in the building
Staff smoked right outside the entrance
Food was over cooked and little varieties
The clock didn't work
The fridge wouldn't get cold
It is very outdated
Shower didn't drain
Half the time didn't have hot water
Coffee maker was dirty in room
Bathroom was dirty tub toilet walls door
Hair dryer was clogged if used it could catch fire
No microwave

The stay was terrible. We left and went to a different location. The atmosphere was terrible. The smell of drugs or something. Would never recommend this place.

Pros:

Very friendly at the front desk and great breakfast. The room was comfortable and the pool was nice and warm the way we like it. Overall, a great hotel that we have stayed in many times through the years.

Cons:

Would like to see the pool open earlier than 12:00 noon. Don't know if that's the time it always opens, but on Saturday it didn't open till noon. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to get into the pool area earlier

Worst in Branson

Do not stay here

Cons:

I called in the morning and informed the front desk my toilet was stopped up and had overflowed and I had spilled sugar in my carpet by accident and had no clean towels. Then I went to work. Hours later after I get back from work, nothing has been done. So I went to the office to see why. Maintenance and housekeeping are gone for the day says the receptionist. I had to ask for a plunger and do it myself. It's ridiculous that I have to beg for towels after asking for some. I know you're short handed but I figured after informing the front desk something would be done. And everyone is short handed and cheaper hotels are doing much better. After this I did not even want to use my bathroom because toilet water was on the floor and all I had was dirty towels to throw in the floor. Breakfast sucks. Lots of drug users living full time in this Hotel. Also saw a guy with a bloody eye talking to the cops. Who knows what’s that’s about. Just don’t stay here. They need to close for good.

With the dog food situation in the bed and the cleanliness, I would have to say would not say again.
Pros:

Found dog food in the bed! Clean was not good! Sleep on top of the covers and used our own covers that we brought with us for sleeping in the vehicle.

Not very clean. I had to clean the jetted tub with bleach because it had hair and who knows what else. I had to get my own towels, couldn’t get anyone to leave any for some reason. Spots on the carpet, nasty corners in the room and behind doors. Anyway. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were cleaner
