Staff was very friendly
The location was good.
When I called I specifically told them I was in a wheelchair. I was told I had a handicapped accessible room. It was NOT ACCESSIBLE!! I couldnt get my chair into the bathroom and the shower only had grab bars in a bathtub and no shower chair!...there were no entrance that did not have heavy doors the door closest to my room I could not use as it did not have a ramp accessible to a wheelchair. There were bright lights outside our windows which I assumed were for safety reasons but none of the outer doors to the hotel were EVER locked except for the lobby doors. They had locks but none of them latched. So safety was an issue. Even though they had no pets allowed posted someone had a dog that barked ALOT. The entire place reeked of weed and to top it off ....they had roaches. So NO....I WILL NOT BE BACK AND NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was not what the pictures showed. Very dated. The door had a Crack under it 1/2 crack at the bottom. Stayed two nights. DID NOT GET ROOM SERVICE NO CLEAN OR FRESH TOWELS. Hair dryer didn't work very well. Know to control the refrigerator was missing so our drinks wouldn't get cold. I would have left and got another room at a different hotel but we had already paid for the room and couldn't get a refund. MY SUGGESTION IS go somewhere else to stay.
Liked the room was very large, breakfast was good, the pool was cold and could not use it.
the pool
Staff was friendly, property felt safe, good coffee in the lobby
-there was no protein for breakfast 2/3 days (no bacon or sausage or egg)
-the hallway floors were covered in what I could only pray was mud the entire stay
-there was blood on the bathroom floor (not a ton thankfully, but I doubt they mopped since it cleaned with a baby wipe…)
-the collection of ‘landlord specials’ led to the whole place feeling grimy. (Chipped paint, patches on the walls that weren’t sanded prior to paint, handles being loose, the bolt lock not lining up correctly, etc.)
-the indoor pool (the whole reason I booked the hotel in the first place!) was kept freezing cold (the room and the pool) and we were unable to swim at all
That they were pet friendly and the staff was amazing to us ...
Think the carpet should be pulled up and tile down if its pet friendly cause the carpet smelled like pee

The ac and shower were broken and the toilet kept running all night and it was so loud.

THE ROAD SIGN WAS NOT TO GOOD COULD NOT SEE AT NIGHT AND HARD TO SEE IN THE DAY
Very poor same thing evryday. Did meet my dietery needs could not eat it.
