I book through book.com. when I got there they said the rooms were double booked. Never got a call or message and said it was booking.com fault. They gave me a king room for the same price next to the pool for the mess up. I rented a king with
jacuzzi. Two days later I looked on the site it said the same rooms were available for the same price. Plus there was a supposed stabbing there a few days earlier from one of their long stay tenants. You could smell weed and walking to the indoor pool smelt horrible in the hallways. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also they never came and cleaned the room or brought new towels. But they left a card with the maids name on it before we got there to leave a tip for room service.

It smoked like someone smoking pot,in the hallway. When I went to my car, there was someone dealing in the parking lot. I felt uncomfortable at the pool. The microwave was in the hallway, and the indoor pool was closed, television kept messing up, and the blow dryer did not work .

The outdoor pool was nice. The location was great.

Cons:

Our room smelled like dog urine. The carpets were disgusting, we had to wear our shoes the whole time. 2 out of 3 breakfasts were bad. Our room wasn't cleaned once while we stayed there.

You need better front desk people. Those people are the ones that directly interact with your guests. They should be nic

Cons:

The lady at the counter. Beesha or Veesha? Was super rude!! I was with my 3 yr old and asked about breakfast and she said there was no hot breakfast today and was super hateful about it. Another guest I spoke with had a similar interaction with her

I have stayed in worse but this was disappointing

The most fun weekend our family has had so far this summer!
Pros:

The property is well kept for the age. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our beds came undone off of the frame and it was fixed promptly. The breakfast was great as well. Everything was clean. The room, parking lot, lobby, pool. All was clean and nice! It was also very quiet. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and my family and I will definitely be back. Great value for the money most definitely! ☺️

There was nothing that my family and I did not like about the property or our stay here.

Very disappointing
Cons:

It definitely is not a family friendly place. There was so much pot being smoked around our room that it was coming in under the door and through the air conditioner. It was very misleading in its advertising. We had booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one. I could go on about other things, but I won't. Definitely do not recommend staying at this place.

Bad won’t stay there again
Cons:

They have people that live there year around and they have dogs that bark all night. When we said something to the staff when we were leaving they just smiled and said sorry thy are trying to do something about it. The pool inside was closed and they didn’t tell us when we checked in. The toilet seat was oblong instead of round like the toilet. The floor in front of the tub was spongy. It’s supposed to be a non smoking place and you can smell the cigarette and weed.
