Friendly staff
No waffles, no microwave, weed odor in hallway to ice machine
The cleaner a young lady did a great job.
Air conditioner didn't work, pool wasn't open. Breakfast not good, cleaning not frequent enough
Location and the indoor pool
We could hear the people up stairs walking, dogs barking, the door going outside was right next to our room door and it kept slamming shut making us think someone was trying to come into our room.
The indoor pool was nice since it's still a little chilly outside. Beds were pretty comfy.
Shower head....but nothing to push or press or pull to make the water go from the tub faucet to the shower head. No connection to the wifi as my password wouldn't work....nobody could tell me why. TV signal was spotty and kept going in and out.
Remote in room didn't work
Maybe price that would be all
Rooms were not as clean pool looked dirty& booked a king size bed, but got replaced for 2 beds, tv didn't work & no one to ask to come fix it. not what I booked. So was not happy with the stay, will not stay again.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
We was told we would be away from smoking. As soon as we entered the back of the hotel. Their was people who smoked Marijuana. On bottom floor and we felt it was better we didn't go swimming. Every time we smelt it we got a instant head ache. When we were at the hotel we just stayed in the hotel room because we were sure to be away from the smell of Marijuana.
The pool was nice.
The balcony was nice.
I had high hopes for this place. The photos were promising. Some of the issues weren’t necessarily the hotels fault but some definitely were. I didn’t realize this place was dog friendly. Apparently they also put all the dogs in one area of the hotel. We didn’t have a dog. But we got all the joy of them. The 4-5 rooms around us all had dogs that barked nonstop day and night. There was poop in the hallways and pee in a few places.
The door to our room didn’t shut correctly. You could see into the hallway all the way around the door. There was a 2-3in gap at the bottom straight to the hall.
The WiFi was terrible. We couldn’t even connect 1 iPad, much less phones or anything else. The tv only had 5 channels that worked. So there wasn’t anything to entertain my kiddos.
Their ‘text if you have questions’ message doesn’t work. I texted twice asking for towels and never got a response. Also requested them when we checked in and didn’t get any.
The people above us also apparently only slept 2-3 hours a day. We could hear them nonstop walking around until 1-2am then back again at 5am. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in there was so much noise.
The shower also sprayed out into the floor unless it was pointed directly at the back wall. We used all of our towels trying to keep the bathroom from flooding.
I paid extra for the ‘superior’ room. I’d honestly be terrified to know what their regular rooms looked like.
Quiet great location.
The breakfast was pretty standard fair. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, juice, and coffee. There was plenty, and we did enjoy it.
The pool was decent, as the kids enjoyed it.
Its an older place, and shows some age.
Nice pool comfortable beds
Was dated was hard to get into the soda machine did not work
Check in and out digitally.
The room was quite basic for the price in the area. The bathtub had chipped finish, grunge around the fixtures. I happened to glance at the toilet under the rim and it was disgusting. There were also kids setting off snaps until midnight.
There were loose dogs on the property. When we got to our room the door was not secure and partially open. We had no maid service.
Staff was nice, and the rooms are clean! Felt like home
Couldn’t complain other than no towels at pool!
