Pros:

Pool was great as usual, it’s good that there’s breakfast however the options are unhealthy! Sorry. AC in Duluxe suite difficult to operate, especially after steam from jetted tub creates humidity.

Staff was pleasant and tried to accommodate me

The staff was very pleasant

Cons:

The pool was extremely dirty around the edges, noticeably brown dirt and cloudy water
The room was not sanitized properly, especially the Jacuzzi tub that still had soap scum from the last person, and Hair’s. There was also extreme ceiling damage that needs to be repaired.

Clean and friendly services, but need new towels, and no stale food.
Pros:

I liked the customer service, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the affordability.

Cons:

Monte Carlo is in desperate need of an upgrade. The towels are overused and rough. The carpet in the hallway was torn in places, and one of the elevators was out of service. The croissants were outdated, and dry, and they did not provide creamer or sugar in the room.
