They advertise complimentary breakfast but all they offer is bagels bread croissants coffee and tea basically

We found garbage left on the window panes and on the table in the room. The coffee maker was dirty.
2nd room we had jettub not working properly but we didnt complain cause we plan to not use it further and be asked to switch to another room cause we were really tired.

No water to make coffee, paid $320/ room and cant even expect $2 bottle of water in the room.
Good location, close to Toronto zoo. Pool was very nice. Room was great and the food was very good both for breakfast and supper. I would suggest that they offer kids meals.
Overall very happy with everything.
