I ordered food and the forks had food, the the cloth napkin had red lipstick and my beer glass had lipstick marks all over it
On January. 31, 2026 around 12pm, I had a very bad experience with the front desk receptionist named Trang. There was a confusion on my end amongst family members regarding a room upgrade, and I wasn't made aware of the facts. So I went to the front desk to inquire about it. The girl receptionist named Trang, was very rude and disrespectful towards me. Instead of politely informing me about the room upgrade policies. She snapped at me saying she already told my other family members the details and could not help me until a payment was made.
I was unaware she already had contact with my other family members. Simply came down to clarify things and was met with a hostile attitude and unwilling customer service. Was flustered in the moment, apologized for my misunderstanding about the situation and went back to my room.
A couple minutes later I came down to confront her about her attitude and the way she expressed herself towards me. She apologized by saying "Im sorry that was how I made you feel" which was very insincere. While I was trying to explain that her tone of Voice and attitude was not professional, she kept saying "customer is always right". To the Monte Carlo management whom might be reading this, Trang needs to be educated on customer service and hospitality.
Customers are not always right, and they can make mistakes. However they do not deserve to be treated with disrespect and an unprofessional attitude.

I booked a jacuzzi room for my wife's 40th birthday. The room looks like it was put together as an after thought. There's a door way with no doors but door hinges.
There was hair all over my bed and the room furniture is so out of date it looks like it was last done in the 80s.
The breakfast was absolutely garbage and I had to pay extra $20 to get eggs, sausage or bacon and hash browns. And the stuff I did get I don't even want to eat.
For the price I payed for this room I am extremely disappointed! And will NEVER book this again!
