Great location, but hotel is run down and needs maintence.
Pros:

The location is super. That is why booked this hotel. Nice with old style building.

Cons:

Run down rooms, stains on the carpet, chips on the wood panels. No mini bar in room. Why is a deposit taken if the room was already paid for? Very small room for the price. Not worth the money.

Pros:

Colazione ottima, personale sempre disponibile. veramente un albergo da 5 stelle

Cons:

Letto troppo morbido e poca illuminazione sia nel bagno che nella camera. Tra l'altro erano presente almeno 6 tipi di tasti per sei luci diverse ma nessuna era abbastanza luminosa. Troppo complicato. Comunque piccole cose rispetto alla qualità generale dell'albergo.

Charmantes Hotel im Herzen der City
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit guter öffentlicher Anbindung und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Außergewöhnlich zuvorkommendes Personal und ein vielseitiges Frühstücksangebot sind ebenso positiv zu erwähnen.

Very friendly staff from the reception desk to catering to facility management! Always with a smile and a friendly word.
A spacious, clean and quiet room.
Excellent breakfast buffet. And for the sweet tooth: There are complimentary cookies and apples at the reception.

Jó elhelyezkedésű, kedvező áru hotel, amely remek választás London felfedezéséhez majd utána a pihenéshez.
Pros:

Jó elhelyezkedésű, kellemes hangulatú szálloda, ahol a személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, és a reggeli is bőséges és nagyon jó minőségű.

Cons:

A szoba hangulatos volt, de valahogy az igazi ötcsillagos élményt hiányoltam, az ágy kényelmes, de a mérete szélessége lehetne nagyobb.

A conseiller pour un agréable séjour à Londres
Pros:

Première fois que je choisis un hôtel dans cette partie de Londres. J'avais peur que ça implique plus de métro mais en fin de compte on arrive très rapidement de King's Cross. L'hôtel bénéficie du calme d'un quartier d'affaire mais se trouve à une petite distance de marche de Shoderitch où on trouve un beau choix de restos et de bars.
L'hôtel se trouve dans un triangle au milieu de différentes station de métro.
Au niveau de l'hôtel lui même, l'équipe est très accueillante et serviable. Les chambres sont agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment bien entre tout ce qu'il y a sur le buffet et les plats qui peuvent être préparés inclus dans le forfait. La salle du petit-déjeuner est aussi très agréable et confortable.

Cons:

Ce qui peut être amélioré relève de détails pratiques, une très grande salle de bains mais pas de patères au mur pour accrocher/ faire sécher serviettes ou vêtements, pas de brosse pour le wc et une armoire à vêtements qui pourrait également être mieux conçue, pas d'étagère seulement une petite penderie.

Alles in allem, habe ich mich wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Pros:

- Gute Anbindung zur Tube
- Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man hat sich willkommen gefühlt.
- Das Frühstücksbüffet war mehr als ausreichend

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich war ok, aber auf dem Zweiten Blick sieht man dann doch immer wieder Stellen die abgewohnt oder Kleinigkeiten die schon seit längerem nicht repariert wurden.
Wie auch ein das Reinigen an versteckten Ecken, wie z.B. oben auf dem Kleiderschrank.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The whole Service team was excellent. Stefan the Conciglier made sure that we felt welcomed In every step. Thank you! The Hotel's location is perfect. We got a nice present when the staff heard we are In our 20th anniversary trip
