Comfy but flawed
Pros:

The location was very convenient. The room a good size and very comfy bed. Bathroom good. Facilities very thorough and an efficient TV!

Cons:

The breakfast was very disorganised. I was there 10 minutes before I was asked about coffee or tea. The layout was tricky to manoeuvre with several levels. My table was cleared while I was getting my hot breakfast. Overall not a good dining experience. The food was fine!

The accommodation is rather spread out and you have to move outside to get to your block

Gute Lage, super Frühstück und toller Service. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

The staff were lovely. Very cheerful and welcoming. Great location.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Well appointed room.

Cons:

To be honest, the room was cold and didn’t properly warm up all the time we were there despite increasing the temp control. We could have benefitted from an extra blanket for the bed.

Comfortable and lovely!
Pros:

I arrived at 8am and the hotel accomodated me - thank you for the early check-in after the long flight from South Africa. It was much appreciated. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Breakfast confusing, offered a menu with additional charges for cooked breakfast "a l carte" in fact buffet style and people helped themselves to the food without ordering, fairness? orange wasn't fresh staff friendly however

Strange atmosphere, tv didnt work, moved rooms, no heating.. rooms were far from reception. The room we moved to had a huge gap between headboard & edge of bed where pillows go..

disappointed, Have stayed before no Issues, But this Time staff seem to be Main Issue ..

Staff issue's with Breakfast and Queues all through process long waits and then ran out of food and space .. in the end did not have breakfast ..

Former brewery now a nice hotel
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Almost every staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast — I’d recommend it. The Jugged Hare pub on the corner is a nice place to eat.

Cons:

There are a LOT of rooms so big groups can make things a bit hectic. For example, one weekend breakfast had just had 200 people show up at once. When we arrived after the onslaught, there were no plates, cups, or bowls, and the staff (most of them) seemed somewhat dazed — and surprised when we asked for a plate or some cutlery. The next morning, everything was fine and breakfast went smoothly.
