Hotel good. Breakfast barely okay
Pros:

In general liked the room. Liked the glass between shower and bed, a funny detail. If you like mazes, you get one for free walking around in the hotel.

Breakfast was not very good. Not even close to a normal breakfast in Sweden or the other nordic countries.
AC was noisy in my room. Very bad water pressure in the shower/bathroom, barely any water.

Tolles Hotel, wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes, großes, toll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und großem Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war umwerfend!

Die Lage Nähe Liverpool Station bietet einen hervorragenden Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Man muss aber ein paar Minuten laufen, um dorthin zu gelangen.

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Entspricht leider nicht dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Standard – Überarbeitungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und bietet eine gute Anbindung an die Stadt.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets äußerst freundlich und hat versucht, auf unsere Bedenken einzugehen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung

Cons:

Wir hatten insgesamt 2 Zimmer gebucht und hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider entsprachen der Zustand der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwartet:

Von außen und an der Rezeption hat man den Eindruck dass man sich hier wirklich in einem gehobenen Hotel befindet, jedoch sind manche 3 Sterne Hotels im inneren bei weitem besser!

Zimmer 1: Hier fielen uns Schimmelansätze in der Dusche, abgeplatzte Farbe an den Wänden, Unreinheiten in der Toilette, tote Insekten sowie fleckige Handtücher auf. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht.

Zimmer 2 (Wechselzimmer): Auch im zweiten Zimmer gab es Sauberkeitsmängel im Bad (Schimmel an den Fugen, stark verkalkter Duschkopf, eine nicht entfernte Kontaktlinse des Vorgängers) sowie Flecken auf Vorhängen, Teppich und Polstern. Eine Toilettenbürste fehlte übrigens in allen Badezimmern

Zimmer 3 (Wechselzimmer): war im Grunde in Ordnung, aber es hatte auch dieses Zimmer nichts mit 5 Sterne zu tun

Das Zimmer unserer Mitreisenden war zwar in einem besseren, aber ebenfalls ausbaufähigen Zustand. In allen Zimmern zog es spürbar, sodass die Räume recht kühl waren. Lediglich in einem von insgesamt vier Zimmern funktionierte die Klimaanlage einwandfrei.

Zusammengefasst: wer komplett 5 Sterne erwartet und nicht nur beim Service, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen.
Es wären eher 3 Sterne gut gemeint

A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and in the main building.
breakfast was good.
staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Only thing was no cooked breakfast to order at the weekend i.e. fried eggs omelettes etc. however there was still a hot breakfast provided with scrambled eggs.
