My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic stay at Montcalm Brewery in London,and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Every detail contributed to making our stay feel special and luxurious.

A very special thank you to Leeza at the front desk, who was truly exceptional throughout our stay. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, she was warm, professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Her outstanding customer service made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay.

The room service breakfast was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and served with great care and attention to detail. It was the perfect way to start the day and added an extra touch of luxury to our romantic break.

Cons:

Air conditioning was bad, shower temperature was bad. Breakfast in the restaurant was chaos, and some staff were brilliant but some staff were very rude.

The room looked as nice

Cons:

Despite emailing ahead of time and them saying they would make a note i needed a double bed, we get there and it was a twin room. This was an anniversary trip and completely ruined our experience.
