Attention to quality control is greatly needed!
Cons:

Cleaner facilities. The elevator was so unsanitary that we used the stairs. The elevator is so slow that guest were complaining about the time they spent waiting. Bathroom floors are not clean. Hair is evident and countertops are pasted with residue that at the right angle can be seen on almost every top in our room.

My stay was not at all good and probably will not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a couple of small roaches in my room by the front door of the room.
The bathroom had other people’s hair in the sink, on the toilet seat and in the shower.
I was woken up out of my sleep by a person yelling “give me my money”! in the hallway on the floor I stayed on between the hours of 1am - 3am.

Pros:

Perfect location.

Cons:

Poor breakfast and mostly poor cleaning due to holiday shortness of staff. Found a roach in my drink in my room. Reported it.

2nd stay here, yet not the same experience
Pros:

I was able to get a room last minute. I’ve stayed here before and the location is good for where i need to go. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

On this last stay, we had to switch rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and even after the 3rd room, it was NOT cleaned either yet we just stayed because we were in town for a funeral and was over it at that point. The girl who checked us in seemed like she didn’t want to be there and the guy who switched us twice.. he wasn’t really in a rush to help us. I’m just really disappointed. Normally when this happens, you get compensation.. that didn’t happen.. just a “I’m sorry you had a bad stay.” I visit a lot and was hoping this would be my constant hotel stay… now I’m not sure.
