Pros:

The bathrooms in the rooms could be cleaner/updated. But overall we had a pleasant stay

That elevator. We took the stairs everyday and were on the 3rd floor

Pros:

We never ate breakfast there. Didn't seem very appetizing.

Cons:

Room cleaning was non-existent. I guess you had to request it. Bathroom door was heavy and always swang open. Shower door came out of track. Key card kept expiring.

Pros:

Comfy soft pillows and towels. HUGE room with 2 queens and separate tv: couch area . Like a 5/5 star hotel. Neat clean quiet. Full breakfast . It was much more expensive during the festival but oh well . We couldn't figure out how to sign up for the rewards program. We took an uber to the festival vs the shuttle to parking garage. All in all much better than best western or double tree where we stayed last festival.
