Pros:

It seemed I pleasant environment from first glance.

Cons:

The management at the desk was every ruled. She said she was manager there. I had a friend with a walker, and she asked me when was I coming to pick her up. Very unprofessional and I believe a lot of discrimination behind the seems. I would love to talk to the owner if possible.

Pros:

The room and location was fine.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. It just was not good and we ended up going out to breakfast. My free breakfast turned out not to be free.

Nice weekend getaway! Enjoyed our time in Lancaster, bed was comfy!
Pros:

Breakfast options were good, nice to have that available! Room was nice, got a little warm at night but overall it was a nice stay for the weekend! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Really nothing we didn’t like.

We enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, we have stayed several times when we are in the area
Pros:

Property meat near n clean. Rooms were great.
Great if you are traveling with a dog.

Cons:

I do not like the temperature control in the pool. It was way too cold. There also were no towels in the pool area.

Worth it
Pros:

Staff and breakfast were awesome. Nice rooms. When we stayed the front lobby was decorated absolutely gorgeous for Christmas. Location extremely close to outlets.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from downtown Lancaster.

Pros:

Staff was great

Cons:

I called to double-check the woman on the phone said they had a hot tub we needed hot tub because of our bodies being in pain got there there is no hot tub you lied!
Kids running up and down the hallway till 1am, that was hard elevator died or on the third floor both of us are handicapped running up down steps was not a good thing I thought we were going to die . I didn't feel good I tried to take a nap and there were idiots in the hallway banging and in the rooms banging carpet slamming doors it was a nightmare

We'd stay there again.
Pros:

Our room was clean. We stayed 2 nights and appreciated having room service every night. The breakfast staff was expecially helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service one day. The hotel was remodeling, which was smart to do in the off season, but there were rolls of carpet outside most rooms.

Pros:

Clean bathroom. Dark curtains. Comfortable room. Staff was kind and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, especially quality of oatmeal. Toilet in room was broken. TV remotes in room and fitness center weren't working. Fitness Center could use more equipment.

I was moved to a different room quickly, however.

Great Hotel - Close to Spooky Nook
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel because my daughter was playing in the National Indoor Field Hockey Tournament. It was less than 15 minutes away and in a great location to stores, restaurants, and Amish markets. Staff was incredibly friendly/helpful and the hotel was very clean!

Great getaway
Pros:

We went to a show at American Music. Nice spacious room, welcoming staff. Great location. We did uber to the show and back. It worked out great due to alot of snow piles and limited parking at the venue
