Cons:

After it was booked and paid for online providing all information, upon checking I was informed people who reside within a certain milage radius are not permitted to stay there. I have yet to receive a full refund from something I had no fault in. Very frustrating.

My stay was exceptional.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The room was always clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay there. The only sad part is the way the area is so built up.

Cons:

I really don’t think anything could have been better, other than other guests not slamming their doors at night. Great great place to stay.
