Staff was exceptional
Pros:

We left some clothes in the closet when we called they were very helpful with getting them back to us. The entire staff were always looking to help and asking if we needed anything when we would see them in the halls.

Lady that was on front desk at check in is awesome perfect for her job .needed a stool to get in bed and she glady got me one

Cons:

Eggs were cold ,doors to bathroom need cleaned very dusty .I was given a dirty hand towel.beds need replaced very uncomfortable

A/C unit not working.
Carpet was wet underneath unit.
Bathtub wouldn’t drain.
Bathtub grout was still full of hair on the side of the shower. Something smeared on the wall that looked like poop.

Hotel knowingly exposes guests to beg bugs and refuses to refund or even offer an apology.
Pros:

The property appeared to be clean and the reviews seemed to be good for this hotel. Until the early morning hours of our last day when we found bedbugs in our room. We were bitten all over our bodies.

Cons:

The front desk staff on our final day. When I informed the woman about the bedbugs in our room she didn’t seem concerned. She actually reprimanded me for not informing her about it at 1 AM. She said the hotel has an exterminator on site 24/7 to handle the bed bug issue. So this hotel is KNOWINGLY exposing their guests to their bed bug issue. Which the apparently the extermination isn’t working otherwise there wouldn’t be any bud bugs in the rooms! We had to trash most of our belongings. The hotel refused to refund the cost of our stay to help towards the costs we incurred due to all of this. Not even an apology.
