Would return -but on a half board package for breakfast and breakfast and lunch only

Water park facilities for children were excellent

Cons:

Evening meals were dreadful, looked awful, after paying for an All inclusive package, we had to eat or every evening with the added cost of €600 to our stay for 7 days, breakfast and lunch was fantastic- with a great choice and range of foods for kids and adults, maybe different chefs are employed for the dinner/evening service?

Las habitaciones muy limpias, todas las instalaciones acuáticas, la coctelería muy rica

Cons:

Todo el personal muy bien excepto el jefe de comedor que era el que esperaba en la entrada para indicar mesa que todos los días veía como hablaba de mal a clientes y personal, no me gustaban nada sus formas

Me no me han dado ni el desayuno y el almuerzo de mi pensión completa y éramos dos adultos y una niña de 2 años lo único que me dieron fue la cena y yo pagué todo lo demás sin recibir el servicio y ni me han compensado , la comida del buffet no era buena , las instalaciones estaban todas cerradas eso parecía una residencia de personas mayores, cuando hize la reserva no me avisaron de que el día de la salida cerraban el hotel y que podía haber entrado el día de llegada antes para disfrutar de mi almuerzo, no me dieron información de nada , no lo recomiendo y no volveré ha reservar en este sitio y el personal muy mal la mayoría estoy muy descontenta

Lo único que me gusto fue las piscina que tienen

Todo el resto; Limpieza de habitacion es nula ni barren te estiran la cama y habitacion echa. Servicio al cliente estas en una cola esperando turno llega la hora y cierran aunque hayas estado una hora esperando ya no te atienden. La comida es pesima poca variedad siempre repite para los niños no hay nada. Animacion para adulto para niños media hora de baile y con eso ya tiene para todo el dia. Yo no vuelvo a ese hotel.

Lovely hotel in a very good location to beaches and the centre of Benalmadena. Great hotel for children. Entertainment was great pools with slides were fantastic. The food was very good.

Cons:

The only fault I had was that you had to pay €72 for a safety box in the bedroom. That was very expensive. That should just come as a standard addition to your room. Room was very small with no fan in the bathroom.
