La réception a clairement exprimé que nous ne pouvions bénéficier d’aucune souplesse à cause de notre réservation par booking
La chambre était très bruyante, impossible de dormir avec un bar tapas sous la fenêtre et les poubelles qui passent très tôt le matin. La salle de bain est vétuste avec une vieille baignoire où l’eau est difficile à régler pour se doucher ! Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles

La Habitación Genial
Pros:

La habitación genial és lo a mi me suele gustar en un hotel que esté bien insonorizada la habitación, y que por la noche esté completamente oscura lo que ayuda en el descanso después de un dia largo, el detalle de la cafetera en la habitación también és un puntazo, el personal super amables, serviciales y resolutivos, en esta ocasión no hemos probado el desayuno pues ya teniamos reservado en otro lugar para desayunar, la ubicación és muy céntrica muy cerca de la catedral de nuestra señora del pilar, en general me gusto mucho el hotel volvería una y otra vez al Hotel Goya.
