Deram-nos um apartamento cheio de humidade. Tivemos que reclamar e mudaram-nos de apartamento. Não se trata de uma questão estéticas, mas sim do cheiro que estava dentro dos quartos. Mas no dia seguinte já estavam outras pessoas no apartamento que não tinha condições para receber ninguém. Inaceitável colocarem hóspedes num apartamento com aquelas condições. Além disso o apartamento para onde fomos, não apresentando nenhum problema grave não era um 5 estrelas. O hotel estava cheio de gente. O pequeno almoço era uma grande confusão.
Todo o alojamento em si , desde as pessoas que nos atenderam , da comida , o sítio em si onde ficamos alojados , as zonas de lazer , tudo foi uma experiência maravilhosa!
Não tenho nada contra apontar , tudo 5 estrelas ⭐️
Apropriado para famílias com crianças, boas instalações e pessoas muito simpáticas.

Localização com proximidade da barragem . Limpeza dos quartos.
Hotel com muitas famílias com crianças pequenas, muita confusão, desorganização e zero sossego. Sem funcionários no hotel a organizar os hóspedes com crianças a saltar para as piscinas da zona do spa, bóias e sem qualquer orientação do staff.
