Great stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

loved the location, the apartment was very spacious and the view was fantastic to the lake, very nice food in the restaurant and the staff were super kind and always trying to be extra careful not to wake our baby, super sweet. totally recommend it

Cons:

one the first day we went to the inside pool the air was extremely harsh with super intense clorine smell and ended up bleaching our swimming suits.. the other days was fine, I guess was a one off..

Os funcionários do bar e restaurante todos muito simpáticos e disponíveis na medida certa fantásticos, e todo o hotel muito limpo , e o resto do hotel, como o belo quarto espaçoso e com todas as comodidades, com piscinas muito boas o espaço exterior muito amplo e a vista maravilhosa falam por si

A minha estadia foi logo a seguir ao fim de semana prolongado, então alguns serviços(por ex. bar da piscina) já tinham terminado, mesmo com o tempo agradável que ainda se fazia sentir, outro ponto, que mais uma vez não é uma crítica, apenas uma sugestão de melhoria visto ser um hotel de 5 estrelas. Fui no meu aniversário, e não houve qualquer ato de felicitação, nem um simples parabéns por parte da receção, não é que seja obrigatório, mas já fui para outros hotéis e até de menos estrelas que tiveram outro tipo de cuidado.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, desde o espaço, à comida, ao contexto envolvente, à possibilidade de opções variadas na estadia, o apartamento maravilhoso, não havia muito barulho cá fora apesar do número de hóspedes e de crianças, o que me agradou também muito...

Cons:

Nas piscinas interiores o calor tornou-se mesmo insuportavel, especialmente na piscina dos adultos.
Para pessoas com alguma idade e, concretamente, mulheres na menopausa essa questão foi bastante constrangedora e impeditiva de usufruir de um espaço magnífico. Também se podem pensar em alterações cardíacas dada a temperatura ambiente ser excessiva (no meu ponto de vista).
Quase não se notava diferença entre estar dentro ou fora de água.

A localização do hotel é excelente - com agradáveis vistas sobre o enorme espelho de água da barragem. Excelente complexo de piscinas exteriores e interiores e muitas áreas de entretenimento para crianças. Ginásio e SPA modernos e bem equipados. Bom pequeno almoço e restaurante.
