A tranquilidade e o conforto.
Para um hotel 5 estrelas na parte do bar muito desarrumado no balcão e pequeno almoço abaixo da expectativa.

Piscina, sossego, vista.
Faltam caixotes do lixo espalhados pelo hotel, falta um bar de apoio à piscina, o check-in é um pouco tardio, deveriam ter algum "mecanismo" de protecção para bebés das escadarias nos apartamentos.
Vista, localizacao
Encontra-se em obras, sem aviso dos hospedes, com maquinas a trabalhar durante todo o dia, inclusive sábado, muito pó no ar, muito barulho. Desagradavel para quem procurava descanço
Conforto.
Estavam a decorrer obras na zona exterior próxima das piscinas que, além de não estarem devidamente assinaladas e protegidas, havia trabalhadores e equipamentos a circular nas zonas das cadeiras de apoio à piscina. Os chuveiros exteriores não funcionavam e os jardins entre as cadeiras de piscina eram apenas zonas de terra. Não havia nenhum apoio de bar ou de limpeza na zona envolvente às piscinas exteriores. No final de Junho não é admissível que um hotel, cuja principal imagem são as zonas exteriores, esteja neste estado.
Excelente pequeno almoço e buffet de jantar.

Não apreciei estar a zona exterior toda em obras sem ter tido qualquer tipo de pré-aviso. Chegamos a encontrar um prego no chão na zona da piscina, com o perigo que isso representa, em particular com crianças.
Deveria ter sido avisado quando fiz a reserva.

Muita gente nas refeições. Mesas muito próximas.
Ficamos num dos apartamentos. A Cozinha está bem equipada e a Sala é bastante espaçosa. O pequeno almoço é aceitável, mas um pouco aquém de um serviço 5*
O Hotel estava em obras nos espaços exteriores e em nenhum local na altura da reserva tal nos foi dito.
A piscina interior necessita de limpeza e manutenção do seu espaço. A temperatura da água também deixa a desejar

A Cozinha do restaurante pessima para 5 estrelas de 5 estrelas só o valor de resto serviram uma carne que nem para hambúrguer servia pois estava dura e notava se a cortar o barulho das fibras, reclamamos tudo bem nem nos ofereceram alternativas passaram logo as sobremesas

Spacious apartment.
Apartment area really quiet.
Wasn't expecting the amount of problems for a 5 star property.
The pool area is under heavy construction and several services are degraded. We were not warned at all before arriving this would be the case, which was really frustrating.
Apartment felt under-equiped. I've seen properties with 3-4 stars with better equipment than this one. Furthermore I had to fix or report several problems with the apartment in the first day I stayed (wrongly setup garden sprinklers, TV not working, phone not working).
