Estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento es la atención del personal del hotel.
Tanto el personal de recepción como el personal de la zona de desayuno fueron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
La habitación en general era perfecta.

Cons:

La única pega que le pondría es la distancia del centro de Zaragoza.
Nosotros llevábamos coche, y lo tuvimos que gastar para desplazarnos a ver el centro.
Pero del hotel nada más que añadir.

Un finde muy llenito de amor

Las vistas nos gustaron mucho. Se agradece ver el atardecer de Zaragoza desde lo alto.

Cons:

La atención de la recepción podría mejorarse.
Cama cómoda, algo blanda pero bien. La limpieza del baño podría mejorarse.
Añadiría crema hidratante y bodymilk en el baño. En el desayuno más variedad.
Hamman no funcionaba muy bien. La presión de las duchas del spa, algo flojas.

Superbe séjour dans ce bel hôtel !
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans ce grand hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner est royal, la piscine est petite mais au 11eme étage la vue est superbe, les chambres sont très agréables et bien conçues. Il est très facile de se garer gratuitement près de l'hôtel et le tram à 10 min permet d'aller rapidement au centre ville.

En su conjunto me gusta todo, el Hotel y la localización.

Cons:

Ya lo he comentado en anteriores encuestas.
El sistema de climatización debe contar con un termostato digital, que puedas estar a la temperatura exacta que desees. Exactamente igual que en casa, el automóvil, la oficina, etc. Así pues, a sustituir los termostatos y les queda un Hotel mucho más confortable, no lo duden y acométanlo cuanto antes.

Cons:

The shower leaked after using it. Breakfast poor variety of local food. Spa floor in really bad condition. Spa showers with mold. The stationary bike has no stripes on the pedals, they were broken

Pros:

El baño es increíble, la parte de la ducha y la bañera son tan increíble que los copiaremos en nuestra casa.
Las habitaciones enormes, preciosas y comodísimas. Una experiencia increíble, para repetir sin duda.

Cons:

Lo único malo es que la tele está algo vieja y no tiene acceso a internet, pero se ven muchos canales que no había visto en ningún sitio.
