Helemaal toppie blij fijn veilig super relaxt echt lekker logeren
Pros:

Het vriendelijke personeel en het bad!!!! Maar bovenal dat ik eigenlijk een simpele kamer had geboekt en dat hij was geupgrade naar een large kamer 🥰😍 Was een giga cadeau in die intensieve dagen!!

Altijd fijn om te slapen in het Townhouse!
Pros:

Kom al zeker 20 jaar bij Townhouse, altijd fijn, goede kamers, fijne locatie. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Al met het hotel besproken: na zoveel jaar zou het fijn zijn als je niet de vraag krijgt of je er voor het eerst komt.

De locatie was heel fijn en het ontvangst was super, vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben geen ontbijt geboekt lekker in de buurt gedaan kunnen wij niet beoordelen.

Cons:

Ik vond de badkamer een beetje vies ogen en er was geen SMART TV, dus lekker netflixen in bed kon niet en ik denk dat dit tegenwoordig voor veel hotelgasten belangrijk is.
De kamers konden wel wat schoner.

Week-end à Maastricht

L’emplacement très central, le personnel aimable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, les petites attentions (thé, café, eau, fruits à disposition toute la journée) dans un espace cosy

Cons:

La salle de bain avec une vieille baignoire et un sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas, la boîte de mouchoirs mal accrochée au mur qui tombait dès qu’on la touchait. La lampe de chevet qu’il fallait stabiliser. La couette très lourde.
Le fait qu’il fallait attendre jusqu’à 15h précises pour regagner la chambre (nous étions arrivés à 12h, avons déposé nos bagages et sommes revenus à 14h30 pour devoir attendre encore).

Super mooi en geweldige locatie. Super leuke kamer en fijne ontvangst.

Cons:

We hadden problemen met de temperatuur. Dit werkte regelmatig niet. En we hadden twee verschillende kussens waarvan 1 veel te hoog was.

The lights were dusty, wall paper peeling away, worst of all I had to go to a different sister hotel to get an iron. Zero staff check in is very impersonal. Never again.

Fantastisch weekend gehad!
