Free soup was good, cosy atmosphere.
When I was there 14.30, our room wasn't ready yet which was ok but it it took up til 15.00 to get ready. I reserved a parking spot but the receptionist didn't know and couldn't find it, our showerhead was molded and our toilet brush was broken. Room 122. Also I like some Dutch speaking staff at the premisses too.
Personnel sympathique et serviable. Petit Déjeuner basique pour le prix. Soupe, boisson, café, thé, fruit gratuit toute la journée.
Un frigo serait apprécié dans la chambre.

Unfortunately, our stay at Townhouse Maastricht was disappointing overall, despite a very warm welcome from one of your reception staff.
First of all, we would like to highlight that the young man who welcomed us at reception was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. He made a genuinely positive first impression when we checked in, and when we returned later with our concerns, he took the time to listen to us and treated us with great understanding. His service was truly excellent, and we really appreciated his kindness.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. We specifically booked and paid extra for an extra-large room, based on the photos shown on Booking.com. However, the room we received looked nothing like the rooms pictured. Instead, we were given a cold and rather unwelcoming attic room with a tiny skylight that you practically have to stand on a chair to look through. There was also a skylight directly above the bed without any blackout blinds, meaning we woke up with bright daylight shining straight into our faces. Considering the extra amount we paid for the room, it was far below our expectations.
The breakfast situation was another disappointment. We mistakenly thought breakfast was served until 11:00 a.m., but when we came downstairs at 10:30 a.m., everything had already been cleared away. We understand that this was our own misunderstanding, as breakfast is only served until 11:00 a.m. on weekends. However, when checking our invoice afterwards, we noticed that we had been charged €19.50 per person for two breakfasts that we never had.
When we returned to reception, the same friendly young man listened to our concerns and told us he would discuss the breakfast charge with his manager and get back to us. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up yet. Hopefully this will still be clarified.
Ein tolles Hotel, das gut gelegen ist.
Geräumiges Zimmer, alles stilvoll eingerichtet, ein super nettes junges Team, eine Lobby in der es jederzeit gratis Kaffee, Tee, kleine Muffins, Obst und Suppe (!) gibt.
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen.
Ich würde sofort wieder dort buchen.
Es gibt kaum richtige Möglichkeit Kleidung zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen. Genauso im Bad.
Und das Zimmer beherbergte doch noch einige Wollmäuse unter den Stühlen und in den Ecken und einige Haare an den Wänden im Badezimmer. Ich denke da könnte man ein bisschen mehr drauf achten :)
Goede locatie en eigen parkeergelegenheid
We waren blij met de locatie in deze gezellige stad. Vanuit Townhouse Hotel loop je zo het centrum in. Ideaal. Kamers zijn ruim en rustig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas lukte het niet om ons schoonmaak-issue snel op te lossen. (zie hieronder)
Onze kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt voor aankomst. Na een aantal keren vragen is dat uiteindelijk 24 uur na de check-in gebeurd door iemand van de receptie. De bejegening was overigens erg vriendelijk.

Moeizaam contact te leggen met personeel over toegang parkeergarage: Die begreep zelf het toegangssysteem niet.
Ook jammer dat ik mailde dat ik een joggingbroek vergat bij vertrek en nooit een antwoord ontvangen heb
Excellent location and pretty fair price. Very helpful staff - in the evening hotel was serving coffee/water and hot soup free of charge for the guests, very present goodie.
Prima locatie, nabij het station, heel vriendelijk personeel, comfortabel.
