A wonderful stay and great view of the balloon ascending in the sky
Pros:

A unique experienced hotel not like any others. Very interesting and great vibes. The location is great and good breakfast. Some of the best hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. A big shout to Kenan front desk manager who made check in very easy for us.

Cons:

I wish I was in a better shape to climb stairs

Pros:

The rooms were big and location was perfect. Visually stunning property. Pool and spa areas are great to have at the end of a hot day. Reception staff very accommodating.

Cons:

Shower/bathroom need a little update or attention to better cleaning - not sure if this is possible considering being in a cave s ventilated is poor. Breakfast could be improved as every day there is no change in food selection.

A beautiful, clean and well constructed hotel and with incredibly friendly staff!
Pros:

It was beautiful, authentic and clean. The location was perfect with the furthest restaurants a 10 min walk and closest on your doorstep. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful

Exceptionally beautiful
Pros:

We loved everything. The room, the views of the balloons, the awesome staff, the food, everything was outstanding. Would come back here again for sure!

Cons:

The only thing we were slightly dissapointed with was the 'spa/indoor pool' section, the cold plunge pool and the room thats meant to change themes weren't working, and for the actual spa massage there were large prices considering you've already paid to stay.

I’d go somewhere else!
Pros:

Our room was, an advertised in a cave. The hotel was also in a good position for a short walk into town albeit up/or down a hill.

Cons:

Although our ‘Presidential Cave Suite’ was advertised as having lovely views of the well known Cappadocian fairy chimneys we had a view of one, totally covered in scaffolding, which blocked our view of anything else.
I wouldn’t have minded as much if we had been pre-warned this was the case.
Breakfast too was very poor, not to the standard I would have expected considering the price we’d paid.
Blankets were offered initially for the early morning rise to watch the hot air balloons fly (it is cold at 5:30am) but on the day none were available 🤦🏻‍♀️.
Although we were offered a small refund in compensation it did not change the fact our few days in Cappadocia had been spoilt. We chose this establishment even at its extortionate cost as we thought it would be very special.
The pool has four hammocks only, no sun beds therefore are very rarely available.
Unfortunately we were left disappointed.

Todo es espectacular en el Anatolian Houses, el lugar tiene una atmósfera mágica y sofisticada, las cuevas casas empotradas en instalaciones cómodas hacen que la experiencia sea única. Muy recomendable!

La habitación dentro de la cueva, la ubicación, durante las mañanas sobrevuelan los globos, en el centro mismo de Göreme

La bellezza della struttura scavata nella roccia, la terrazza dove vedere le mongolfiere all’alba, la posizione centralissima che permette di uscire dalla propria camera per vedere direttamente le mongolfiere sopra la propria testa

Cons:

La SPA è bella ma dovrebbe essere ristrutturata e mantenuta un po’ più pulita. Il ristorante dell’hotel è gourmet quindi caro. Al momento c’è un’impalcatura di una costruzione davanti all’hotel che blocca un po’ la vista sulla città di Göreme, ma è possibile vedere la bella vista mongolfiere dalla seconda terrazza panoramica sempre in hotel.
