Pros:

Everything is done in the local and traditional cave style.
The spa and swimming pool are lovely and comfortable. Free hammam and sauna are also included in the stay.

Localização, acomodação, café da manhã, estrutura do hotel excelentes.

Cons:

O hotel deve avisar sempre aos hóspedes sobre o andaime que está colocado em uma das caves para reforço da estrutura. É um obstáculo para as boas fotos, embora o hotel tenha vários terraços que proporcionam uma bela vista da cidade e dos balões. Recebi um upgrade na acomodação por causa desse detalhe.

Liked the location within Göreme. Helpful staff and very nice room

Cons:

There is construction on one of the chimneys in the middle of the hotel. The scaffolding is huge and completely ruins the view. The rooms don’t have AC, just a fan, which mean they were quite hot. The rooftop could do with a refresh as the carpets and pillows are dated and nothing like the photos. The restaurant is also not on the rooftop or balconies- photos for this are misleading too

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e caratteristica in ottima posizione con terrazza spettacolare. Personale molto gentile e presente. Colazione a buffet ottima con prodotti di qualità. Stanza molto grande e pulita.

Cons:

Piscina con poche sdraio magari si potrebbero aggiungere sulle varie terrazze. Scarsa area di parcheggio ma questo è dovuto alla posizione centrale della struttura. Nell'area colazione bisognerebbe aggiungere qualche indicazione dei prodotti. Servizio lavanderia un po' caro.

Only criticism rooms are very hot no air-conditioning , only fan.
Apart from that it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. Highly recommend
