The facilities are nice.

Cons:

We were really looking forward to this stay but were left disappointed... The room reserved for us was given to someone else and what we were told was an upgrade ended up being a room in the cave that was under construction. The electricity failed, we had to get the spa plug replaced as it was leaking and our toilet flush only half worked. We had loud drilling and noise throughout our stay being under the construction. While the staff were lovely, we were left pretty disappointed with the condition of the room given the ratings of this hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff were excellent. When the shower screen shattered in our room, staff were really attentive, provided first aid and were happy to call a doctor, which was not necessary. They upgraded us to a new room and zero’d the charges on the room, including the shuttle service the next day

Cons:

The shower screen shattered whilst my wife was using the shower. She suffered a few minor cuts and scratches. From the way it shattered it was clearly not safety glass. That’s a health issue that could well be impacting the other guest rooms. That said the staff were excellent in their response, see note above

Хорошая концепция отеля, красивая территория и много дружелюбных котиков . Удобное расположение , вкусные разнообразные завтраки , качественная уборка номера , теплый красивый бассейн и бассейн на улице , комфортная зона СПА: сауны, хамам

Уставшие номера , мягкая мебель очень потертая и требует замены или реновации

der Parkplatz war inbegriffen und direkt vor der Türe, der Indoor- und Outdoorpool war sehr schön und angenehm, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut... Besonders hervorzuheben ist der organisierte Ballonflug und die Aussicht von den Terrassen auf die aufsteigenden Ballons...

Cons:

für grosse Personen wie uns hängen die Spiegel leider sehr tief so das wir uns immer bücken mussten, die Dusche war leider undicht und die Betten etwas härter als gewohnt...

Totul a fost extraordinar! Am stat într-o cameră grotă, recomand această experiență!
Am avut terasă proprie, jacuzzi, o baie foarte spațioasă. E curat, se face curățenie zilnic. Există toate facilitățile pentru a avea un sejur complet, piscina exterioară, interioară, chiar și propriul muzeu pentru vizitare.
Personalul e foarte drăguț și de ajutor, ne-am simțit foarte bine!

Cons:

Ne-a plăcut totul, doar ca recomandare: Micul dejun ar putea fi îmbunătățit sau diversificat de la o zi la alta.

De grote rots naast het hotel stond in de steigers. Daar kan niemand niets aan doen. Maar was jammer voor het uitzicht.

Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

A fantastic location with enormous character. Terrific staff who were very helpful. I encourage all visitors to spend time with Sam who can explain the details of Turkish rugs. He was fabulous, and you can see a rug being created using traditional methods.

Excellent place to stay and good value for money!
Pros:

The property was gorgeous! Built into the dairy chimneys in Goreme. The rooms were lovely, great facilities and great location for watching the balloons at sunrise from the terrace! They came right above our rooms as well.
The spa facilities are also open until 11pm which is great!

Cons:

The rooms got very hot, a fan would have been nice

Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Equipe também muito simpática.

Cons:

Choveu por dois dias e nossas roupas que estavam no armário ficaram encharcadas. O quarto era úmido, dava de ver e sentir a umidade na parede de pedra de um dos lados do quarto e a água escorrendo dentro do armário. Acredito que seja um problema conhecido, numa região que pode chover bastante.
Também achei que o hotel está bem descuidado, precisando de várias manutenções.
