Amazing, friendly and highly recommended hotel in Paris
Pros:

It is very clean property. Staff is so friendly and professional. Heater was very good in the room. Whatever you need it, you can find it in the room.

Cons:

Location to city center was not the best but it is very close to the metro station.

Francamente, todo, zona peligrosa y mal situada, apenas llegamos teníamos que cruzar un callejón oscuro para llegar a la habitación, llegamos y vemos que el pestillo no funciona, la cama estaba sucia con manchas marrones, no había ni toallas para la ducha y en el techo del baño había moho, a parte la cama incómoda, se escuchaban ruidos a arriba del techo y al lado de la habitación (eso que creo que estábamos solos) no se lo recomiendo a nadie, sobretodo si vas solo, se siente muy inseguro y con mucho miedo.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été très décevante.

À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée ressemblait davantage à une cave ou à un débarras qu’à une véritable chambre d’hôtel. De l’eau coulait dans la pièce et l’humidité semblait déjà bien installée dans les murs. La salle de bain était dans un état inacceptable : radiateur rouillé, brosse de toilettes sans manche et douche de type “hôpital” sans rideau ni paroi.

Lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes, l’établissement a indiqué que l’eau provenait du nettoyage, ce qui paraît peu crédible au vu de l’état général. Nous avons finalement été changés de chambre pour une “meilleure” au 5ᵉ étage. Celle-ci était effectivement plus correcte, mais la télévision ne fonctionnait même pas, ce qui est surprenant pour une chambre présentée comme la meilleure.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons eu le sentiment d’avoir été placés dans une chambre de dépannage qui ne devrait pas être louée. Très décevant. De plus, le quartier ne nous a pas semblé particulièrement rassurant
