A lovely property with some great staff but needs to be aware of the little things that annoy guests

The view from the 2-bedroom Ocean View room is absolutely stunning. There is nothing like waking up to watch the sunrise over the water. It is stunning. The location is great, across from the lagoon and a fantastic path where you can choose to go left or right and wander along the waterfront.

Cons:

The room was underwhelming in terms of cleanliness. There was a bundle of alfoil sitting in the entrance way and the ensuite shower had a glob of hair in it. Nothing particularly awful but it wasn't pleasant. There were lift issues - they close off one lift for the cleaners a couple of times a week which makes the trek up and down pretty slow. During our stay there was also an issue with the changeover of the key cards - which resulted in us being locked out of our room on numerous occasions. This was really frustrating.

The only thing I can think of is the toilet paper holder location is a bit silly but that’s the only thing .

Pros:

Spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. Washing machine a huge bonus. Fully equipped kitchen too!

We enjoyed Redcliffe and had no complaints about the accommodation.

The view. Wow. The bed is really comfy. Everything that we needed was there.

Cons:

The seating, indoor and outdoor, is not very comfy. We stayed for 4 nights. Extra towels, dishwasher powder and laundry powder would have been thoughtful.
