Excelente estancia, (maravilloso desayuno)
Pros:

La atención de los recepcionistas excelente, la ubicación fabulosa, el desayuno maravilloso ya que lo preparan muy detallado, variado y abundante. Las camas son muy cómodas. En resumen, excelente relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Sólo un detalle, el conector de tv no funcionaba, pero no minimiza lo bien de la estancia.

Avoid if there are better options out there
Pros:

Location in old town near the buquebus terminal, shout out to the guy who checked us in who was quite friendly and helpful.

Sadly a lot on this review.

First photos of amenities (roof terrasse, bar and front terrasse) are basically super out of date . During my visit there was no shade or chairs upstairs, bar was all turned off and the place was abandoned, pool wasn’t clean etc.

Room was musky, bed uncomfortable, drains blocked.

One night asked downstairs where to buy water at a kiosko, rep said she didn’t know where a kiosko was and offered to sell me those tiny water at 4usd each. After walking around the block found a kiosko a few meters away, that doesn’t exactly earns trust .

Couldn’t get a working second key either,

Very nice, value for money hotel in Ciudad Vieja with the friendliest staff.
Pros:

The room was lovely, the parking was great, but the best thing about this hotel is the people. They were so friendly and so accommodating, thank you!!!!

we enjoyed our one night stay, the location was perfect.
