La habitación reservada en Booking no era la misma que nos asignaron en el hotel

Un pequeño spa en medio de Montevideo, al alcance de muchas atracciones
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, frente al Mercado de Montevideo, en una zona muy turística y con buena accesibilidad a muchos puntos importantes de la ciudad.
Cuenta con un desayuno variado y de calidad.
Y lo mejor, es la terraza con su piscina y vista al puerto.

Cons:

La habitación , confortable pero pequeña y no muy luminosa.

Pros:

Era cómodo, las camas era deliciosa, el desayuno estaba muy rico, era cerca de todo perfecto como yo necesitaba

Cons:

Que no tenía barra ni restaurante operativo, el roft no estaba funcionando y esa era una de las cosas que me había atrapado del hotel, y que no te dejan agua en la habitación, tienes que llamar y pedirla

The property was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful but I wouldn’t stay again because the location didn’t feel saf
Pros:

The room was clean and they gave a discount for the restaurant in the Mercado de Puerto across the street El Palenque which was absolutely delicious!!

Cons:

the rooftop bar was under construction the breakfast wasn’t that good and the location was a little seedy! Day one didn’t feel safe walking around but day 2 cruise ships were docked so there was extra police around and a whole different vibe!

A good choice for the Ciudad Vieja
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and if you want to stay in the old, historic Port area, it's a perfect location for that.

Cons:

It can be noisy into the night, with loud street music, but that might have been because we stayed during Carnaval.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la suite.
Perdía agua el jacuzzi.
Lo que no me gustó fué como manejaron la situación de la devolución del dinero.
Nos hicieron una devolución de 100 dólares para compensar el inconveniente.
El problema es que nunca nos llegó esa devolución, no se acreditó.
Nos dijeron que teníamos que ir al banco a solucionar el problema cuando es algo que deberían solucionar ellos.

Great location
Pros:

Great location in old town. Nice view from the room. Staff helpful and nice.

Cons:

Not all dishes on the menu were available at breakfast. If you want more than one cup of coffee the hotel wants to charge you 4 USD per extra cup… However, after talking to the nice woman at the front desk the charge was withdrawn. Bathrobes in room are quite old and worn out.
