Pros:

Excellent buffet breakfast with huge range of choices. Although outside of Amersfoort there is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk away which runs regularly to train station in Amersfoort

Helaas teleurstellend qua service en bedden, niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed en genoeg keuze. De locatie was makkelijk te bereiken met genoeg parkeerplaatsen en de hygiëne in het hele hotel was super.

Cons:

Helaas waren beide bedden compleet doorgezakt, hierdoor hebben zowel ik als m’n moeder ontzettend slecht geslapen en ook veel last van onze rug.
Ook had ik van te voren gecommuniceerd over het diner in het Rootz restaurant. Vanwege medische problemen kan ik beperkt eten maar dat was volgens hun geen probleem. Echter bij het diner wist het personeel nergens vanaf. Uiteindelijk wel wat mogen bestellen maar toen het aan tafel kwam was het totaal niet wat op de kaart stond maar een eigen invulling van de koks. Teruggestuurd en daarna weer een andere eigen invulling gekregen. Erg jammer en ik was teleurgesteld omdat er duidelijk vooraf al contact over was geweest. We hebben ook geen vergoeding of iets gekregen nadat we met de manager hebben gepraat.

Will stay there again if I need to be in Utrecht.
Pros:

Great location outside the city, but with direct access to the highway. Very quiet, very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. The staff that helped us was Jeanet. Always smiling, ready to help and answer any inquiries.
