The hotel was great but I wouldn’t stay again until the dampness issue is resolved.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Attractive and clean lobby and room. I felt safe on property. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of room and storage.

Cons:

As a woman staying alone for the night I only felt safe parking in front but parking was limited and spaces were narrow. The room smelled musty and felt humid. It was difficult to get the temperature right for comfortable sleep. The price of the room was high considering the damp feeling, musty smell, and lack of sleep. Breakfast was free but didn’t open until 7am which is when I needed to leave for my event. A group of us were staying and there wasn’t a lounge/bar area where we could debrief Friday evening.

Warm and Welcoming Accommodations
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Holiday Tarpon Springs on our way to a conference nearby. The hotel staff was attentive and welcoming, rooms were clean & comfortable, breakfast was good and much better than the traditional grab and go we've been experiencing lately. We would definitely stay here again if traveling through the Holiday/Tarpon Springs area.

The property is in good condition, the location is very good, and the staff is very friendly and kind My only comment is about the cleanliness of the rooms; there was a very bad smell I don’t know it was the carpet or what but really bad also a lot of humidity, which was uncomfortable.

Nice location - Helpful Staff!
Pros:

Traveling in & out of the St Pete Airport, this is a good hotel.

At the Front Desk was the hotels best asset. Her name is NAIMA. She is a ROCKSTAR! Helpful to setup breakfast when an employee (or two) failed to show.

Room was Clean & Quiet. Nice access to Rt 17, a couple of miles above Tarpon Springs
