Luxury premium Gym
Pros:

The best ever experience had in Sofitel gym it’s luxuary premium gym . Good environment good people . The vibe is too peaceful and royal . Coach Ravi is really good he does train people well and very experienced has good know ledge. The after workout feel is totally different it’s relaxing and recovery therapy .

Sofitel BKC - a very comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed for 14 nights in a club room. The hotel is very comfortable, with good facilities, a nice pool and good restaurants. The staff in Club Millesime (the lounge on the club floor) were excellent. A special thank you to Mayuri and Janvi.

Exclusive and Personalised Service!!
Pros:

Loved the experience at the Club Millésime with a plethora of dining options during the High Tea and the Cocktail Hours.

Bartenders Ashish and Ritesh were very good at understanding the choices of cocktails and mocktails and ensures that all the drinks are prepared with perfection!!

Would love to visit here again and definately try the stay with the Club Millésime access...you won't be disappointed!!

Exceptional dining experience at Pondicherry Cafe
Pros:

I came to Pondicherry Cafe with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. We had a wonderful experience at the outlet, with a variety of dishes at the buffet. Jhony and Jasvir made sure we had an exceptional experience. The black chana curry and rice bread was amazing, and Chef Sandip was so kind to share the recipe with us!

Disappointing Stay Due to Service Issues
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel between February 4–8. Despite arriving extremely tired after a night flight, I was repeatedly disturbed even though the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign was active. Due to an incorrect room assignment, I was called several times by the reception and even had my door knocked on, which is a serious violation of guest privacy.
Additionally, there was constant noise from tables and chairs coming from the restaurant located above my room, and no solution was offered despite reporting it. I also experienced delays and quality issues with the laundry service, as my jacket was returned with stains and delivered late. While the hotel’s physical appearance is good, the service quality was far below expectations. The only positive aspect was the housekeeping staff member on my floor, who was polite and friendly.

I had stayed in this Hotel from 24/01/26 to 25/01/26. It was an awesome and amazing stay. I would like to thank GRM Khushboo Saxena for all her efforts to make my stay more comfortable and memorable.
The arrangements made by Khushbooji during the stay were very nice and the hospitality of her team was awesome.
Looking forward for more such memorable staycations.

Excellent Service & Warm Hospitality

Had a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. Everything was handled smoothly and on time, and they really paid attention to small details. Truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend their service to others.
