Fabulous family getaway
Pros:

Well-equipped 2 bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on second floor apartment 15 on the corner overlooking the bay and all the activities.
Very neatly present resort style grounds and pool area.
Easy walking distance to restaurants,shops,waterpark.
Enjoyable walk along the whole strand and beyond kissing point.

One poor apartment in a great complex.
Pros:

Great location and good outdoor facilities. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Lovely sea and marina views from both morning and afternoon sun balconies. Good coffee shop across the road.

Cons:

Our apartment (49) was very dated, drab and unattractively furnished. It needs complete refurbishment. The single beds had mattress coils poking through. It had huge potential to be fantastic.
I would not recommend this apartment but others in the complex must be much better as other reviews have been very positive.

It was perfect, will def return.
Pros:

The view was excellent especially the sunsets. I had trouble with one bedroom door and it was fixed immediately. Any request was attended to promptly.

Cons:

The noice during the day of the scafoldiing being put up and down, or more so the workers talking the whole time they were working.

Great apartment and location spoiled by maintenance works.
Pros:

We chose this apartment because it is in easy walking distance of the Sealink ferry to Magnetic Island. The apartment was clean and spacious for only two people and well equipped. Great outlook over the water and Strand beach.

Cons:

Our only disappointment was to find the area outside our room full of scaffolding equipment and maintenance workers using a lift outside our bedroom at 0730. No notice of this was given and not sure why we couldn't have been offered a different room or given a discount for the inconvenience.
