Amazing place to stay & friendly staff were found to be very helpful.
Pros:

Ideal location, pool was amazing, appartment was great to come back to unwind each day, walking distance to many great venues, restaurants & places to discover, stayed for a week but definitely needed more time in the amazing part of the world, we will be back.

A good getaway to enjoy time with the family.
Pros:

The apartment itself was pretty nice and spacious for our family of 5. The location was great in being close to the strand and other locations. Everything was pretty easy and smooth. The staff were nice too.

Cons:

It's good to have an underground carpark, especially when It was raining, but the entry and exit of the carpark needs work.

Definitely be back next time we visit Townsville.
Pros:

Location was close to everything and cafe and restaurant was just walking distance and the view of Magnetic Island and sandy beach of the Strand was absolutely beautiful.

There were no fault.

Big apartment for just 2 people, however it was much cheaper than much much smaller ones around.
Pros:

The view of the ocean and Magnetic Island was amazing.
We could walk to the pool from our balcony as we were on the ground floor.

Cons:

The common area spa bath was not the best. The jets only dribbled bubbles out, however the temperature was quite good for the hot climate.

Loved the views. Loved the apartment. Great layout. Plenty of room. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

That we had to go home! The kitchen had fairly dim lighting for cooking.
