Great location - very spacious 2 bedroom apartment

Great location right on the strand - The apartments are a bit older but very spacious - has everything you need. The staff were lovely

Lovely apartments in a prime Townsville location.
Pros:

Mariners North is a great place to stay when visiting Townsville. Lovely clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartments with outstanding views of Magnetic Island, Strand beach and Castle Rock. The swimming pool and BBQ area are very nice. The location is excellent and within walking distance to cafes and shops. Very helpful and welcoming management.

Cons:

Something to be aware of - some apartments only have stair access. Check when you are booking if this could be an issue for you.

Highly recommend for a family getaway or a well needed romantic one! Will be back!!
Pros:

Our stay was very enjoyable. The view was stunning; room was extremely clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us (two adults, 2 children). Upon arrival we picked the keys up from reception and staff/owners were lovely and very accommodating especially when we wanted to stay an extra night.
Parking was on site and felt very safe, along with access into the grounds and stairwells.
The location is perfect - far enough away from main areas to be quite but close enough to walk down to the strand or flinders street for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Pool and hot tub were clean and have the most beautiful views of the beach, sea and magnetic island.
Highly recommend and will be back!!
