Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre

The room I was allocated had a broken window - you could feel a strong draft and hear the loud street noise. Reception were unable to do anything to resolve it as they cited the hotel was at full capacity.
It’s a very noisy hotel, people coming and going throughout the night in addition to the loud karaoke bar across the road and draft through the window - I cannot recommend this hotel and would never stay at a Ramada hotel again.

It is a very brilliant hotel, got a great deal, for a very expensive looking hotel!
I love this hotel in Leicester.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it tidy and fresh every day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall service was quick and efficient.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Leicester City Centre. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help — especially the operations and housekeeping teams, who maintained everything so well throughout my stay.

Hotel room broken into and belongings stolen got a refund and asked to change review. I feel like this whole experience was badly managed

Would not recommend staying here!! Our room door was kicked in whilst we were downstairs eating breakfast! Out of our room 30 mins max and came back to our belongings all over our room and discovered our car keys and money stolen but later discovered they had also taken clothes, aftershave and food!! After the hotel calling police they barely had any contact with us for the whole 8 hours we had to sit around in the foyer area waiting to sort arrangements for our car, had to buy our own drinks and food (which they later moaned about as you can't eat do that apparently, but you can kick doors in 🙄) the police couldn't see anyone suspicious entering so I assume the person who robbed us is/was staying at the hotel so if you are given room on 2nd floor REFUSE!! The hotel staff did seem shocked this had happened so I don't think they were lying aboht it not happening before but the lack of care we had after we had been robbed in a city we didn't know was horrible and the hotel staff did not care! And now they are pestering us to remove our negative review off booking as thry have reluctantly refunded us! Thry are lucky we don't have the energy to send them the bill for all the losses we had and money we have had to pay for the car! Please avoid staying here!!

Our stay was good. A nice comfy bed and a decent breakfast. Could have had scrambbled eggs though.

Only sofa beds for children to accomodate adults.
I never mentioned children in my booking.
Staff very very unhelpful and would do nothing to help . I asked for different rooms and he said the hotel was full. After 20 minutes he said he could give us another room to accommodate us but we would have to pay! So hotel not full at all!!
Will never use this hotel again!

Good budget hotel with a decent breakfast for the price. I found the bedroom basic and the floors need a deep clean.

The television was not a smart TV

The whole experience was so smooth and staff are very good at working around obstructions that happen during a stay

The hotel in itself is brilliant, however the noise from nightclubs around was deafening until 4 am.

I stayed with my partner for our friends wedding and the staff (Manav and Kai) was pleasant and very helpful. The check-in was quick and the breakfast buffet was also good with lots of different options. My partner is vegan and they had options for him as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will return to this hotel again!

We went in for a meal in the restaurant as one of our local friends suggested that their dinner menu is fabulous and I am happy to say it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious especially the Salmon and the pasta is one of the best I’ve ever had, the staff was very attentive and friendly and everything was taken care of even before we asked. Even the chef came out to check if everything is ok, we had to go again the next evening for the food and drinks. Everyone should definitely go to this restaurant once. Thanks you team

I realise that this was a city centre hotel but I think that the surroundings had deteriorated since photos were taken of the pedestrian street to the sude. There is now an extremely busy nightclub with customers to get any sleep until about 5amtalking and smoking immediately in front of the hotel.it was impossible to get any sleep until after 5 am. The staff were sympathetic but wouldn't let me move rooms until the 2nd night. It was still noisy but much better on the top floors.
