It was an amazing stay at Ramada. Room was upgraded without any request. Staff was very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay over there.
Location was on an industrial estate. Not much within walking distance but no issues getting uber.
Staff really pleasant all the time
Lots of weddings taking place. Many people walking around all dressed up.
Upgraded our room which was easily the best room on our tour. It included a washing machine, microwave, desk, coffee table etc.
Dinning room was good and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Lift lobbies on the upper floors were in dark in the night. Need more lighting.
Lift lobbies also need better A/C , sometimes it stinks.
secondly , Fire exit staircases didn't have a door handle to open the doors from inside.
so if you use staircases to go down or up , you can enter but can't come out . kindly fix door handles on 5th and 4th floor doors.

Manoj in the dining room looked after us. He took the time to explain each dish and to make suggestions on what foods to pair together. Ensuring we had an excellent meal each time and a most enjoyable dining experience.

Very Bad, specifically Restaurant staff need to educate customers services
Due the restuartent staff attitude and poor house keeping
Good place to stay in Navi Mumbai, close to Ghansoli office area. The surrounding area is also nice. Hotel is clean with good facilities like gym and large swimming. Staff are friendly. House keeping is excellent. Arman Ansari is very helpful in explaining the laundry service.

Staff although nice needed prompting to respond. Hotel although quite nice was just border like 5 stars. Many parts of the hotel was tired and in definite need of updating and good lick of paint. Also Managers need to keep an eye on room cleaners as it was clear the rooms were NOT wiped down properly with stains and watermarks on the doors and places. I was in Club room and expected alot more effort by staff for the cleanliness. Also asking for a simple item as a soap or a loofah from house keeping prompted a response such as ' I have to ask the supervisor'!!!! Although totally missing the point that we were 2 staying in the room but they ONLY provided for one person. Ix set of slippers, 1 x Dental set and one of everything else!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Ramada Hotel, especially thanks to the excellent housekeeping service provided by Mr. Arman Ansari. He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and maintained with great care. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Ramada is lucky to have such a sincere staff member. Highly recommended!
