What an amazing place! Fantastic hotel, amazing room, views, food, everything. The staff here are something else, truly caring and ready to go the last mile to deliver exceptional service. Gireesh in Guest Relations and Sreenanda in Room Cleaning are two people who went out of their way to deliver above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot thank them again.

Good experience and good hospitality
We had a great time in Cochin, it was our first time and we really enjoyed it. The guy from the coffee bar, Vyshanav, was very nice and friendly and had an excellence service. We loved our stay and will come back in the future.

Stayed here in March 2026, and our stay included a breakfast buffet everyday. The food at Masala (coffeehouse) was always delicious with wholesome Kerala food. Our server Alen was gracious, helpful and warm. He made us feel comfortable every time we ate at his section.
Excellent and comfortable stay, Masala restaurant serving buffet breakfast was awesome, excellent spreads, staffs are so polite and kind, especially Mr Allen at the restaurant was so kind and humble 👍👍👍👍👍

My experience at the holiday inn Cochin was truly exceptional.the room were impeccably maintained.the service provided by the staff was. Consistently professional and attentive specially Devika and shika in fort office the help me a lot
3 rooms booked for out of town guests at a funeral. I was 40000 ft in the air flying at the time the guests started to arrive. Guest were told there is only 1 room booked. Guest had to spend their own funds and book room to stay. Shameful. I appologized to guests once I landed and found out. I ran to IHG cochin and found 3 rooms booked. Front desk was very ignorant how things work. Very rude but called me Sir a thousand times. Unappologetic. I use IHG so thought it would be fine. But for IHG Cochin never again.
We dined at masala restaurant. Ashvin served us well. Very gentle and kind person. I liked how he treated us. 5 stars for him. Food was nice.
