Still worth a return visit.
Pros:

We had stayed here before and enjoyed it. It has good lighting and lots of bathroom space. Good shower. Nice staff. We especially like places where you can control the A/C so it doesn't blast you with freezing air. On the other hand, there was a shortage of luggage carts; and the breakfast room was very full (too many groups?) We slept well although we thought the bed was a bit soft.

It was a good experience and we stayed there coming from and going to Texas.
Pros:

We left before breakfast was open. The location was OK, but there was construction outside so you had to drive a quarter mile out of your way to turn around and get to the other side where the hotel was. Otherwise, it was fine.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.

not good - walls to thin.. could hear snoring for 3 nights in a row.

didnt get room sevice the first night
snoring person next to me for 3 nights, staff would not relocate us to a different. snorer was next door all 3 nights.
dirty elevator floor, mud and grease
no credit or compensation for the bad experience -

Love this place!
Pros:

I love this property. It's very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast here is always good.

Cons:

This is absolutely not the property's issue, but there is construction on the road that creates a great amount of difficulty to get into the lot. Medians are in progress that eliminate the ability to turn left into the property. If you are in a large truck or arriving at night you'll have a hard time finding a place to make a u turn close to the property.
