Pros:

This was the most comfortable stay in our entire trip. We stayed here twice and both times did not disappoint. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and breakfast is standard at all Holliday inns.

Cons:

Nothing the stay was great.

You can do better.

Location. Fairly new build it seemed.

Cons:

The rooms were fairly new and cleaned well I am sure….i just have a big sensitivity to the perfume they spray EVERYWHERE even on the sheets! The bathroom had no vent and the windows don’t open - so no fresh air. There will be mold soon in the bathroom with no vent. Vent way more important than a TV! Breakfast was gross. AC was not consistent/ either too hot or too cold and I had to adjust it all night.

Fantastic Hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel! We have stayed here for multiple days every summer for the last three years. Front desk crew are amazing and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of food choices in the immediate area. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff with excellent breakfast
Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi

Cons:

No bottled water in the room and loads of used towels lying all over the pool area but that’s inconsiderate guests and not the staffs fault

Pros:

Room was Clean, not noisy, nice breakfast.

Cons:

At breakfast… the egg omelet was a bit strange, like it was from a premix . The sausage gravy for biscuits ( probably premix) was excellent.

Meh…
Pros:

Not sure how this hotel gets the “highest score” in Amarillo… It was just ok. The shower pressure was awful, the beds weren’t that comfortable and the towels were rough and thin… I was expecting a lot more considering the high scores and reviews.

Facilities were nice and clean. Although we didn’t require a handicap accessible room, plenty of assist bars and bath seat in bathroom, plus low level bed that was comfortable
