Front desk had to give us a different room. New room vibrated from washers below

I’m very grateful about how welcoming I was by Alex, she was very professional and friendly, a plus, Alex was able to accommodate me in the room I asked her. About the bedroom, clean and fresh, seems like it is updated (new).

Excellent Service and Great Hotel
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites on South Joe Fox in Terre Haute, IN.

On arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient when checking in, especially Alex and Larae!! At the very first walking in, made me feel so welcome and they both were smiling and made me feel so welcome!

The room was clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

All around GREAT experience! I was greeted by Alex and Larae with a smile. They were both extremely helpful and professional. It was definitely a sigh of relief after a long 14 hour work day. This hotel is now my place to stay when traveling to Terre Haute for work.

Amazing fun hotel
Pros:

This was the best experience I've ever had at a hotel!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Delaney at front desk was nice and cheerful I love her help! She made me feel at home! This was at the holiday inn express in terre haute.
