Excellent location and exceptional service. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. The 24-hour concierge, lift attendants, and doormen always greeted guests with a smile and made every arrival and departure feel special.
Breakfast was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and cookies. A standout touch was that after only two days, the breakfast team remembered my cappuccino order and served it without me having to ask. The rooftop offers lovely views and is a great place to relax.
The airport pick-up and drop-off service was reliable and convenient and is highly recommended.
The rooms are comfortable but somewhat dark and a little dated. The air conditioning worked well but blew directly onto the bed. A few additional sun umbrellas on the rooftop would be a welcome improvement.
Location is very good ,close to gateway of India, good hangout places like , leopold cafe , cafe mondegar, Baghdadi, and bade Miya all walking distance
