Perfect location to stay in colaba

A receptividade de todos os funcionarios . Jagruti e toda a equipe sao extremamente hospitaleiros. Me senti em casa. Quarto guarde e gostoso. Cama com excelente roupa de cama , travesseiros excelentes, chuveiro muito bom. Cafe da manha maravilhoso. O hotel fornece agua nos quartos todos os dias. Excelente lugar !

Location was great.
It was a renovation of the face building, our window was covered by plywood… no-one informed in advance about it. Location of ac was not good, cold air flow coming to bed. Got cold.
Tres bien situé, parfait pour visiter le sud de Bombay. Il y a toutes les commodités aux alentours : transports, restaurant, boutiques, monuments...

The property was under renovation. The management informed us ahead of our stay
We had a family room which was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful - plenty of choice and all of high quality. It's well located to walk around Colaba.
This place is completely overpriced for what you get. We had broken tiles in our room, headboards that do not fit double beds, so are off centre, tiny bathrooms. Worst was that our room stank of smoke. However, the rooms and hallway were very clean. Breakfast was good. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. Entrance a bit dodgy- filthy red mat and building covered in shade net to hide construction. Best was that it was 5min walk from the gateway.
The front-line staff are exceptional, kind, and very attentive. The location is excellent, and the cleaning team worked hard to address issues immediately.
Management (AGM Ibrahim Shaikh) was completely unreachable and ignored two emails and messages. First stay: façade under construction, closed rooftop, and windows that wouldn't seal. Second stay: hotel only disclosed construction via message after booking. I was moved to a quieter room, but it was much smaller, had a plumbing leak, and flies. Despite two visits, the manager was "unavailable" both times. No upgrade or compensation was offered for the smaller room or lack of advertised facilities.

We loved the location. So close to gateway of India, and the Taj hotel for high tea. All staff were friendly, a special mention to Lift man Nozmul who was so welcoming, friendly & just all around lovely. He was always so excited to see us& welcome us back to the hotel after a long day out. Rooms were spacious, clean& aircon was wonderful. A must stay if you are visiting Mumbai!
