No notice of rules
The reservation has been canceled. We arrived at this hotel and we worek informed that we dont have our rooms. Very unprofessional and annoying alternatywy a long trip by plane.
Lovely hotel and friendly ‘can do’ staff with a plentiful breakfast offer in a comfortable breakfast room. We had a great packed breakfast when we left for an early flight too.
Location is perfect for walking distance restaurants and sight-seeing (we walked to Marina Drive, train station and Gateway of India is around the corner)
Some temporary building works ongoing was noisy but we were out for the day
Terrific location very near the Gateway of India. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff could not have been more professional and welcoming. Some renovation was underway during the time of our stay but noise stopped by 5:00pm and did not impact our stay. We would stay again!

they provide as much water as you like for drinking, very central, while noisy during the day, its quiet at bed time (and that is why the location is ideal)
