Excellent staff and value for money.
Pros:

I was offered complimentary breakfast but did not eat since was leaving early for my meeting. Location was okay but quite congested with parked vehicles on the street. The reception staff were always checking if I was comfortable and the one dinner I had was excellent.

Cons:

Other guests especially opposite my room for the first two nights were noisy and they could leave their door room open which was disturbing

We spent a few days in Mumbay with our adult daughters and enjoyed every moment at Suba Palace.
Pros:

Perfect location in a great neighborhood - with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was also really nice with lots of choice. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Cons:

Everything was nice, including the amenities.
