Friendly hotel in great location
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all charming and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice, including options for those that wanted an authentic one. I loved the view from the roof terrace.

Cons:

I liked everything except the music in the restaurant. It was too loud.

Everything was I expected and loved the staff in the way they handled our party. Thanks for upgrade.
Pros:

Liked the location. Was there to see cricket match and this worked very well for us.
I have no problem in suggesting this place to others with similar purpose.

Cons:

Being hidden, and not easy for taxi to locate.

Perfect small hotel for a short stay in Mumbai with staff available and excellent service
Pros:

The location near the gateway of India, the very courteous and helpful team. They all went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, well-run hotel, close to Gateway of India
Pros:

Staff were all fantastic. Cheerful, proactively helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The location is excellent. Close to the Gateway. Great restaurants and bars and places of interest within the vicinity.
Afternoon tea.

Cons:

For a room with a double bed, the electrical switches need to be at the side of the bed!

Exceptional value for South Mumbai
Pros:

Excellent value for the location which is literally round the corner from the Gateway of India. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and spotless restroom. Decent breakfast spread. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We faced on the last day , some noises from renovation or repairing of the room near ours.. but it was not so grave ... It was only a few hours.

I spent a long time looking for a hotel. I could not have chosen better.
Pros:

The location was excellent.
The staff could not have been any better - they were friendly. Always greeting with smiles.
The whole experience was fantastic.

Cons:

The dinner menu could have been better - eg it would have been nice if they had more Indian food/snacks eg samosas.
I wasn’t sure whether to book half board. I was very pleased I did. It meant we didn’t have to go out for dinner but could if we wanted to because the cost of half board was very reasonable.

A wonderful hotel stay in a great walkable location!
Pros:

My room was delightful - it was large, had more amenities than I expected (more toiletries, more water bottles, multiple lighting options, a bidet wash, excellent temperature control), along with a super comfy bed and quiet floors. The staff were ALL so attentive and friendly!

Cons:

Nothing - even the lobby was a pleasant place to hang out with good couches and books and magazines.
