Stara głośna niewydajna klimatyzacja w pokojach. Bardzo słabe śniadanie. Brak otwartej restauracji lub baru wieczorem. Polecany roof top to niezagospodarowany dach w opłakanym stanie. Spa to obskurne dwa ciasne pomieszczenia z łóżkami do masażu. Nieelastyczny personel w recepcji.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, great location, generally quiet, very nice breakfast. Very prompt attention to a couple of small issues in the room.

Cons:

Sounds of furniture scraping on floors at all hours - need little felt pads under table and chair legs. Need to get some English language cable stations for TV.

Great location from which to explore Mumbai.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and courteous staff and very good breakfast.
I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Cons:

The AC in our first room wasn’t working properly but the staff were very quick to move us to another, better room.

Overall to say I'm glad that I choice this hotel and salute to everyone keep up the good work .
Pros:

Why I like this hotel , it's all because of my company which I'm working with , I have stayed in the other hotels but I found this one is way better.. it's very convenient to where very i want to go it's all working distance it's like the heart of the city, So when I came to Mumbai I booked this hotel once again and it didn't disappointed me.
Security (Ajay), always have a warm welcome and he never miss to ask how's everything, ....the liftman(Asif) he's very helpful and very enthusiastic.
At the reception too they are very understanding and provide quick service , Sanjay he looks he's really love with his job as it's all written on his big smiley face.
Ooo the room is fabulous, spacious too and the housekeeper supervisor (Jagruti) and (Moin Ansari) house attendance they really do there good jobs anything I need they are always there to help .
The food and beverage team to I salute to all for providing such a great meal , the buffet setup and change in items makes me excited 😆, thinking what's special today , I know you will think I'm foody ....of course who doesn't like food....

Puiki lokacija, šalia Indijos vartai, Tadž Machal viešbutis, pagrindinė gatvė su lauko prekybininkais.
Personalas labai draugiškas ir paslaugus. Palikome atviruką, kurį paprašėme išsiųsti į Lietuvą. Ir jie tai padarė!!! Atvirukas atkeliavo per 2 savaites.
Maistas super. Net nesuvalgėme vieną vakarą, kokio dydžio buvo porcijos. Minusas tik tas, kad alkoholio jie neturi😀, bet galite nueiti į greta esantį alaus barą, ar Leonard kavinę. Ir vyko lauke remontas, tai pietų miegeliui truputį trukdė.
