جميع ما في المكان جميل ومستوى النظافة عالية جميع العاملون في الفندق متعاونون وبشوشين ويقومون بالخدمات على اكمل وجه موقع الفندق قريب من الخدمات وهذه المرة الثالثة اسكن لديهم وسوف اسكن مرات عديدة ان شاء الله وانصح به بشدة

كان تفوح رائحة كاز يوميا من بعد الساعة 3 فجرا ادت الى تهيج الصدر والحساسية
The location and the staff. The tea on the roof top every 5pm is simple but calm and vivifying. The staff is very helpful and smily so kind with everyone.
We had 4 rooms and 1 was less good than the others but the hotel is renewing them little by little.
The property location is great, in walking distance to India gate. Pretty quiet at night. The room is clean and meet all needs. Buffet breakfast is very good with freshly made Dosa or omelette. Dining room manager is attentive and helpful. The evening 5-6:30pm tea and cookies time on rooftop is nice relaxing time and also time to meet other guests. Staffs are friendly and willing to help. They let us stay in reception room while we have late train departure at 11pm. We had a great stay and appreciate the hospitality the hotel provided.

Quite alot of noise through the night from both staff and guests, I was woken several times on every night of my stay.
WiFi is poor

All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Noisy people in neighbouring room which can happen anywhere and is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel manager spoke to them and the problem was resolved.
Great location - all tourist areas easily within walking distance
Unfortunately there was a foreign woman from a large extended family having a screaming match with her daughter completely uncaring about any one else... it started at midnight and went on with slamming doors etc affecting our 6 travellers on two floors, then inside into the room where furniture was being dragged around/ rooms renovated?? at 4 in the morning, then next morning more screaming arguments at reception. During this time the staff could have worked on behalf of their guests who had reasonable expectations.
The next night there was a child flying his drone in the corridor because he'd been sent there by his parents... clearlyvghey were renting the corridor too!

Probably not as "fancy" or "upscale" as other 4 star hotels I've stayed in
The best hospitality. All the staff were kind, offered a welcome drink, took my bags to my room, someone brought complementary coconut water to my room. When I was leaving for the airport at 3:30 am, the concierge called the night before to ask what time I was checking out and packed some sandwiches for breakfast with fruit, juice, and water even though I was not going to be there for the breakfast time. The high tea in the afternoons on the terrace was perfect, nice view of the sea from there as well
We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Suba Palace. The location is simply excellent, just steps away from the Gateway of India, making it so convenient for exploring Mumbai. We were able to visit major tourist spots multiple times.
What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional hospitality and service. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the delicious breakfast (with so many tasty options!), housekeeping and spotless rooms, tea service, and every single other interaction, the entire team was courteous, attentive, and always so, so kind and helpful.
A special thank you to Sameer at the front desk and the entire staff for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
I would recommend anyone visiting Mumbai to definitely stay at Hotel Suba Palace!! Thank you!!!

Funny smell in the common areas
The shower had mildew in between the tiles and along the floor corners. That was the biggest problem and to me says the cleaners are not working hard enough or do not have the right tools out materials.
The location of the property was excellent. The room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and very friendly
