Great location and stay
Pros:

Great location near gate of India, lots of good restaurants and bars, enough for our 4 night stay.

Cons:

Not a 4 star if you were you were in Europe, having said that, I would stay here again, staff are great, restaurant on site where a good breakfast is served, doesn't sell alcohol in hotel, would have been nice to have a beer on the roof top area.

It's a wonderful hotel, great location, rooms very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast gorgeous. There is really just nothing I could complain about. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Mumbai.

Perfect location, experience, personnel, won't regret staying there.
Pros:

Very professional and kind personnel. Very clean and good breakfast. I don't understand why the rating is not higher in the booking.com. This is a really good hotel in a perfect location. Even more, after my check out when I returned in the late afternoon for my suicase, the personnel suggested I join the afternoon tea on the rooftop. That was a lovely afternoon tea experience. And finally pillows were in perfect hight and softness which is usually hard to get in hotels.

Cons:

I thinj the SPA prices are overpriced.

Accueil très agréable de tout le staff, chambres petites mais confortables, jolie vue du 5eme étage, pas de bruit de la rue.
En résumé : Excellent emplacement, staff très accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner, chambres propres, literie confortable, sdb parfaite

Service and location went a long way to compensate for any flaws.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, standard of the room and nice breakfasts but most of all it was the staff who made our stay most enjoyable. Every single member of staff had great attitudes and smiling faces.
