Except for the bad smell, it was satisfactory.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a dead rodent smell every time we turn the faucet in the bathroom. Might be a dead rodent in the traps or pipe somewhere. Nauseating

Great place to stay when visiting Tulsa
Pros:

The property is in a great location for all of the things than we come to see and do. I also know that we staying here that I don’t have to worry about anything the staff is absolutely amazing and really do go out of their way to make sure that you have a truly amazing stay. I will also note that Amiya was absolutely fantastic about taking care of all of our needs and helping resolve the one issue that arose. Another plus is that the breakfast is always amazing

Cons:

The past two times that we stayed the hot tub has not worked but that’s not a deal breaker for me still enjoyed.

The staff was polite and courteous

Cons:

If you have kids that may have accidents while sleeping do not stay here they will charge you 250 dollars cause your kid had an accident and peed in the bed as a cleaning fee, that is on top of the 50 dollar incidental deposit. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that did not do this because a 5 year old had an accident.
