Not a hotel I would recommend.

I can’t really say anything stood out

Cons:

From the start the underground garage had impossibly small tight corners to navigate - reception greeted us without a hint of a smile…slow was being kind! No food apart from a sandwich between 2pm & 8.30pm rediculous! No room service till after 8pm. Breakfast €52 for 2 was sparse - needless to say - no way would we go back!!

Las decoraciones del hotel, la ubicación y el trato del personal.
El espacio de la habitación y sus servicios.

Cons:

La habitacion conectava con otra. Reservamos cama doble y nos pusieron dos individuales. Muy calurosa la habitación. Solo 1 agua de 0,5 de bienvenida, para 2 personas.

Gute Lage. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Hotel ist nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Zimmer sind 80er Jahre bis auf die Bäder. Matratzen sehr weich oder durchgelegen. Unser Zimmer hatte roch stark nach Abfluss.

Angel, is the reason for returning.
Pros:

Angel, at the front desk is about the only one there that smiles and appears to like his job!
This is our second visit there and while we do love the location, it’s in bad need of a remodel!
The facilities are so dated and the carpet in the rooms are very bad!
Like I said it is a lovely location and because of that and especially the helpfulness of Angel, we continue to return.
Btw, he is so helpful at suggesting wonderful upscale places to visit and eat.

I really don’t think it’s a five star property.
