Con pequeños ajustes en estos puntos, el hotel podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho más completa
Pros:

Destacaría especialmente la atención del personal, que fue muy amable y profesional en todo momento. También la ducha nos sorprendió muy gratamente, con muy buena presión y comodidad.

Cons:

Hay algunos aspectos que creemos que podrían mejorar. La comodidad de las camas no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de su categoría, lo cual afecta bastante el descanso. Además, percibimos un olor desagradable en la habitación y en las instalaciones en general, que parecía provenir de las cañerías, algo que sería importante revisar.
